I bought Cabinet and Granite with this Company on 3/22/2010 for $6000 with Sale Rep Andary Ramzy. Sale order SO-3006337. They install the Cabinet and Granite and undermount kitchen sink for us. About four weeks ago, the sink just fell down from the granite that they glue to granite. We've called Tampa office location where We bought from many times. Finally, We were able to talk with one of the ladies. She said her husband will call us to arrange to fix the problem. We were waiting for about three day and hear nothing from them. We call them back,now she said her husband already call us and talk with us to get it fixed. First of all, she lie to us. Now she said she will call us later. We patiently waiting for her call for couple day and nothing from her. We try to call her back and it's very hard to get a hold of this lady now. Two weeks have pass and with no sink to use, We finally able to talk to the same lady in Tampa office. Now she said We have to call Miami office location in order for them to arrange installer. We called them on Monday and talk with lady name Gloria or Georgia and explain to them nicely that we need to have someone to fix for us. She said she will arrange the installer name David to fix for us and he will call us on Monday or Tuesday. We ask what is his phone and she refuse and said it's personal cell phone. We wait for installer to call us and here nothing. Now We call the office and would like to speak with manager or somebody regarding this manner. She said the manager is busy and can't speak with us. We told her to have manager call us when they are not busy and as always nobody call us back. So yesterday We email the general contact and Sean Huang, the general manager for the Miami location and hear nothing from them. This company is awful terrible. This is the worst customer experience I have seen. How can they practice business with this kinds of treatment to their customer who pay a lot of money to them and depend on them. We are without sink for four weeks now and feel horrible to use their service. I will try to contact media also to report on this company. Thank you Better Business Bureau for give me a chance to file a complaint on this company
