I have been a member of this BS company Panda Research for around a month. The first day I signed with them I signed for a credit report study, and auto insurance study, and also a sign-up bonus. The total for these studies is $17.00. So far I have completed the studies for the insurance and credit score studies, I even had about 100 emails and phone calls from insurance salespeople. This was form November 11 2010. I also did other studies and tried to evaluate the "ringtone study" where I would be evaluating this service that was going to charge me for $9.99 on my cellular phone bill in 30 days.
I think this scam company only give credit to you for studies that come out of your pocket. My account balance is $33.75 and approved for only$10.00. I do admit that some of the $33.75 is not complete but I know that I am good for at least $15-$20 more dollars from this scam company. I have written them many emails and I get the same response in their form letter telling me to review all terms. The only reason I have not deleted my membership from this site is because I should have $30.00 and I want to make it to my minimum payment but I'm pretty sure that they will do whatever it takes to avoid paying anyone.
Now they are at the point where they do not even respond to my emails. I am not sure if it is because I called them out on how unprofessional they have treated me and how bad their business is. I think it was very appropriate to tell them this. I belong to 5 other survey companies and have been payed from all these companies. If anyone reads this and can respond to me I would like to know what the highest authority I can report this ripoff to.

Panda Research.com is a legitimate website. We have thousands of members who have no problems, and are very happy with us.
We would like to help this member understand how our program works, but there is no information provided to look up the member's account. If you can provide an email address so we can further assist the member.
Once you have reached $50. In Approved status, the Get Paid button will be activated in the "Account Status" tab. Once you click on the get paid button, our support team will contact you to verify your account. This helps us to keep fraud related activity in check.
Once it has been verified, your payment request will be submitted, and all payments are made directly to your PayPal account on the 1st or 15th of every month after the mandatory 30 day wait period from the day you submit for payment if phone verified.(except weekends or holidays)
It is very important for members to review the terms and conditions along with the FAQ (frequently asked questions) page as they explain the rules and answer many questions.
We find some people don't read the terms and conditions and don't understand how the program works; they don't finish the surveys requirements, therefore they don't qualify to receive the credit.
