My 15 year old son purchased what he thought was Pandora Jewelry Charms from Pandora Online Store. The charms were advertised as genuine Sterling Silver Pandora Charms and were even marked .925 indicating the silver content. What he got was a silver plated "pot metal" charm that had the finish coming off within 6 weeks. When I contacted the company I was told "for what he paid for them he should have known they were imitations". I have tried to get my sons money back repeatedly but the company only offered $15 USD back. He purchased 6 charms @ $10 USD each plus shipping. I talked via email repeatedly with "Lucy" and have not received any further satisfaction for purchasing their cheap imitations. DO NOT BUY FROM  Pandora Online Stores they are fake. Purchase from reputable U.S. based companies who will sell you the genuine product and not a fake.

I was nearly defrauded too!

AUTHOR: SKM13 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 27, 2012

Per the above complaint - I was very nearly defrauded by this company as well. However, prior to purchasing product which was clearly advertised as "authentic Pandora" (and realizing the prices were "too good to be true") I emailed the company and plainly asked if they sold authentic, Pandora beads and charms. I received the following response from "Lucy" :

"Are these beads authentic  PANDORA?

=========================

Dear customer,

our produts are all copy but have high quailty. Our products are directly from factory,

and we sell online without shop rent, with fewer employees; and we want Small profits but quick turnover.

for these reanson we have the most favorable price.frankly,

they all have low price and high quality, they have the same quailty as the real pandora,thanks for your supports.

cs-012"

This company is plainly trying to defraud buyers and should be shut down.

Please be aware ANYTHING being sold from China as "authentic" is most assuredly NOT ... Pandora is very extremely well copied and offered as "authentic" by a HUGE number of online sellers all over the world. If in doubt, purchase only from an authorized Pandora Store - Genuine Pandora never goes on sale. Prices are consistent worldwide from authorized vendors.
