I sent emails requesting payment, but got no reply. I placed Pangea with a collection agency, to no avail.
Tamra Lewis, President of Pangea, sent the collection agency a vicious, scathing letter claiming that I had harassed them, using "foul-mouthed telephone calls" -- when my phone records show no such thing. Of course, she knows the ropes and never paid.
I filed a complaint w/a translators' website called proz.com, at their Blueboard. A fellow translator also filed a complaint there.
T. Lewis responded there that I never finished the job. There are no emails or communications substantiating this.
I also filed a complaint at another translators' website called gotranslators.com
I since received an email from another translator who said that two of his colleagues warned him about this agency when they approached him about doing some work.
