There is no office, or movie studio, this operation is run by the laptop in his bedroom. Rafael Quesquen is and very old dark skinned male claims that he is Peruvian, or Italian, he is handicapped, a compulsive lair, and has a mental illness due to electric shock treatment to the brain. He goes around claiming that is the chairmen of the board of Pantera Films, a producer, director, acting coach, art distruibter, video editer, script writer, associate producer, co-executive producer, screenplay writer, and has aslo claims that he produced the hit motion picture 'Saved'. A lot of reasearch has been done on this sexual preditor and we have come to the conclusion that this man is not of union member of any of these fields, not the dirctors union, editors union, or writers union resulting in this man being a scam artist. He claims he is the president of 'Pantera Films & Television, Inc' that is a real legimate company but its based in Belgim, don't get it confused with 'Pantera Films' the scam. He primary solicits his victim by email, these victims are usually young actresses that want to brake into the entertainment industry, muscians, and artist. He sexually harrasses them, fills there heads with false promises, and hourly wages but nothing is ever paid to them. He's is also known to solicited prostitute and offers the victems he solicitats money in exchange for sexual favors.
