The business opportunity from Hell! Expensive Internet access terminals that don't work. Delays in delivery and problems with installation. Huge effort required from purchasers to assist them in getting our business started that never gets acted on. They asked to receive wish lists of potential sites from us but never contacted these sites. They asked for local advertising leads but never even tried to procure any advertising for our kiosk.
They promise help in locating a fabulous site when they want to sell you the machine, then later say they have no responsibility to find a site for you and it is just a 'favor'. They promised $700+ per month in advertising revenue alone, unfortunately the promise was made only verbally. No advertising is provided at all but a lot of blank spaces on the screen. Who would pay $75 per month to advertise on ONE internet kiosk anyway?
They shipped the machine to the site as soon as we agreed on a location, WELL before we could install DSL or phone lines, in order to comply with their 45 day limit, although many other people have complained that their machines did not arrive, ours did, but we couldn't use it for another 2 months. The site owner was more than irritated that it was there, taking up space in the box for a LONG time and not functional. Fortunately, we worked with a supportive site owner, but if we had had an impatient one we could have been sued over this!
The technical support company they subcontracted to do the installation knew nothing about the machine or any of its features, which have dwindled dramatically from what we were promised in the beginning and what it says on our sign. It does NOT print receipts and crashes repeatedly. We were asked to remove it within one month and still had to pay early termination fees for the DSL, which cannot be relocated without new installation and account activation charges. A VERY, VERY costly mistake.
When it WAS installed, many features did not work, including bill receptor, credit card, ATM, prepaid phone card, etc. The only feature that worked, was the internet access. We didn't even have it on site long enough to see if it worked as a WIFI hotspot.
These people are ALL liars and crooks. They will promise anything but don't believe a word of what they tell you. Record all the calls if you can! It is illegal to record calls in Florida without the permission of both parties, but they said THEY do it routinely, so why not?
The company president of record is Alan Glaubman, but he 'doesn't talk to anyone'. Jeff Cooper of Jeff kuba (he told us his name was Cooper) is the assistant to the president and nobody gets to the president through him. Jeff is the biggest liar on the planet. Emy Solir, manager of customer service, never returned any of our calls. We left her voice mail messages numerous times since we could never speak to her in person. Todd Nechtman, of locations, was 'helping' us find a fabulous location, but he blatantly denied making very important and specific promises to us as well. There doesn't seem to be a single honorable person at Pantheon, except maybe some of the service people who really have no power. They tried to help but were thwarted by management.
Please, buyer BEWARE!! This is NOT a good business opportunity!!! This is NOT a good company to work with.
