Pantheon Holdings ripoff bad install machine does not work money acceptors not functioning Miami Florida
*UPDATE EX-employee responds: Looking for NewEdge
*Consumer Suggestion: Wire and Mail Fraud, Guys. Complain to FBI and Postal Inspectors
*Consumer Suggestion: Use the drill!
In short machine is a pile of scrap metal. Been trying for over a month to communicate with company to fix these problems. No one seems to want to or is able to help. company customer service sucks. Service reps say they filled out complaint reports and/or ordered parts but that is all they can do. The authority to do more belongs to someone else but they don't know who. I continue to pay for an active DSL and phone line in the hope that the problems will be fixed.
After complaining for over a month I have lost Hope. I can't continue to throw good money after bad. My location owner has been very patient to date but that is rapidly changing. I also have asked and demanded a refund of not only my original investment but also my expenses. Apparently that fell on deaf ears.
My dilemma is: 1 do I continue to pursue a fix or not? 2 Do I pursue legal recourse? 3 Do I bite my tongue and chalk it up to a bad idea? or 4 Do I follow the gentleman's advice and use the small drill?
