I don't know if these guys can be the same people since most of the people in Panethon are in prison. However, they sound VERY familiar. Could they be relatives, or those that are now out of prison? Just don't do business with these people. I would love to have Kathy Edlestien and Jeff Kuba's addresses!

I am sorry to hear that happen; I and several others have been a victim of a strange new age technology business in Chicago. He's attempting to get investors to pay millions of dollars in this new age technololgy program. His name is James (Jim) Vincent. He said he resided in Florida and had a Kiosk business that went bad and was sued. He has paid any former employee's and we are trying to get paid. His partner is David Caepreo and President that resides in California is Walter Rockwell a realtor and is one of the investors. We have been attempting to find out more; some research is making us believe that there may be a connection.

James Vincent is approximately 6' tall, heavy seat with a bear belly, drinks a lot of alcohol on the job; color of his hair is brunette age 61. David Capreol is shorter, beer belly, age 57.

They are both trying to get investors and use a sales staff and they really think that it's a real legitimate company; but, when he begins to make offers to the Hotel General Managers in Chicago and on a Nationwide level on promises he can't keep, bounces our checks, changes staff every 60 days, because we realize that this may be a possible scam with the business and related Kiosks, he terminates us and leaves us high and dry. The sales staff is clueless.

We are not sure who James (Jim) Vincent is, but, he's out of the picture on every legal document. However, Jim resides in the office most of the day from 8:00 am to 12:00pm, takes a liquid lunch returns at 3:00 pm. If these are your people, look into it further and catch the theif that owes everybody money; he's a transient, moves around from City to City with his mentall ill wife.

I have never heard of Teleking. Please tell me when you purchased this scam. If it was after the Spring of 2005, I will be stunned! These guys have been indicted and one of them that I know of is heading to prison (James Vitale). If these guys are STILL out there stealing from the public WE MUST KNOW AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Pantheon ripped me off of over $20,000 and I don't have a THING to show for it. NOTHING! No machines, materials, marketing brochures or even toilet paper! They took my money and ran. I have lots of exhibits and such, including a statment of facts that is approximately 25 pages long that details names and incidences, etc against that knucklehead Kuba. They ripped me off for $25000 for TeleKing and I've got 12 boxes of displays sitting in my recreation area along with about $17000 worth of useless cards.

It's about time, the State Attorney takes action! According to California State Atty Gen office, these fools have been doing this for years!! So much for the California Long Arm Statutes!

In case you're wondering what happened to your money, Kuba bought himself a nice resort condo in the Poinciana resort in 2003, and I'm sure he's invested in a bunch of other stuff too. Send him a house warming gift at 454 Poinciana, Miami, FL.

My advice to anyone doing business is to NEVER do business with ANYONE out of Florida. Florida's consumer protection is a disgrace as is the Better Business Bureau.

There are hundreds of people that have been ripped off by Alan Glubman and Jeff Kuba (they've worked together years and were indicted in another scam before), and you must respond to get the OG to move forward quickly on these outrages thiefs!
