This is a Warning to anyone that wants to know what this company is up to.  Soon you will see FBI and others looking into this company because how many people they steal from and cheat out of there hard earned money.  You allways hear about trucking companys doing this but this company went deep into covering there butts legaly.  This should be the first clue to them doing things deemed sketchy. 1 they dont call you an employee even tho you work for them and agree to there company rules and can be fired at any time or as they call "diqualified" if this was the case why dont walmart say there employees are all contractors and they must buy there own workers comp and still do everything an employee has to do like follow co rules and do there oriantations and if you call them out they send you away with no unemployment no legal grounds for discrimination..nothing your there slave or endintured servent. thats not the America I know we protect out citicans...another thing is when you dont get paid your only recorse is to hire a lawer that wants a ten thousand dollar retainer and sue them so much work people cant afford to fight for there money...thats why the US started programs and laws to protect workers and yes they steal peoples pay everyday reguardles of what any of the others say they just brush it off and keep going cause they cant afford to fight them. 

A big warning to there current and future customers would be when the S@#T hits the fan and the gov steps in your tied to the mess and you will be judged just as guilty cause you read these reports and know what they do...Its not just me its hundreds of there (and yes im calling them employees, they fill out applications do oriantation get rule books paid by panther there employees acording to gov agencys) employees. they do 2-3 classes a week averaging 30 new recruits thats 3900Avg new drivers a year so why are there only 300 drivers? math dont lie these people have house and car and support to worry about and have no choice.  When they pull this company infront of congress to answer to there wrong doing I will drive there just to hold a sign thanking the gov for stopping these kind of corperate crooks.  I bet your woundering why Im telling you this stuff its easy I stood up during my oriantation and voiced my concern and was "disqualified" for demanding to know what i was signing cause they wanted us to sign on an electronic pad and were cut and pasteing our signatures on forms we never read... people didnt even know till I spoke up...I noticed when I asked why im signing so they let me read contract I said ok no harm I signed then after that day I got my DOT Physical back not the hand filled out one I did but a computer generated copy where they changed my responses to none even saying i dont smoke or drind...im 25 and i drink alchohol on my off time and smake a pack a day but this would raise there insurance so they alter it...can you say FRAUD and to put more to the story they added my cut and pasted signature from an earlyer contract onto it...I never signed my DOT Physical and I wouldnt will false info on it...Cause its FRAUD. So I spoke up in class and asked why they did what they did and the whole class got mad at them so they demanded I get off there property...lol and said I was disqualified from driving for them???if im not an employee how can I be fired? anyway they said cause I talked bad about the company cause I asked why they did what they did and said it was fraud. guess my freedom of speach didnt apply to employment there...now I told my story its up to the American people to demand our gov stop there corperate crooks.
