After my family returned arrived today to the cabin, I was very dissappointed. I understand that these cabins are not luxurious but they should provide a stable and healthy environment. The pictures and other information I have is much to the contrary of what was relayed to me. First of all, I was never told how narrow and windy the road was to get to the cabins.We could have made do with this but then the children and I were unable to bathe due to the smell of the water and the water turning brown before they could finish bathing.The children had to be bathed by warming water in a pan and just washing off, as well as the adults bathed this way . The plants and other arrangements were dirty and dusty. Now I have severe asthma and can not tolerate the dust or overwhelming smells ( such as the water). I also noticed that the couch was completely worn out, and when the oldest child laid back, he hit his head on what felt like wood without any cushions. We never could locate the pool and was told to only wash one load of clothes per day, which is not really acceptable since we were only given enough towels to use each day. we wash our towels after each use so we could not wash any laundry on the stay.These cabins are in a real need of updating and a deep cleaning. Like I stated, I understand that we didnt rent at a resort but, this is clearly not what it was represented to be during our phone conversations.The owner would not help us and refused to refund us our monwey for a future trip in full and deducted 25% from a prepaid trip months away. WORST E|XPERIENCE EVER! and I have pictures and ruined clothes to prove it
