We filled Robert P. Wolk's order as we do every order.
Our company could not understand why he was desputing the model project he contracted with us to do.
With a bit of research I was able to find that Robert P. Wolk did prison time for insurance fraud.

Two Qui Tam Defendants Criminally Indicted
On July 30, 1996, the United States Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania brought criminal charges against 40 people for defrauding the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Two of the individuals charged, Harold H. Wurtzel, a psychiatrist, and Robert P. Wolk, the former owner of a medical equipment company, were previously defendants in False Claims Act cases brought by qui tam relators. Wurtzel operated eight outpatient psychiatric clinics in the Philadelphia area. In 1995, he agreed to pay the government a total of $500,000 to settle a qui tam case related to his Medicaid and Medicare billing practices. Wolk and his company, Advanced Care Associates, agreed in June 1996 to pay $4 million to settle a suit brought by a qui tam relator. Now both men face criminal prosecution.
Robert P. Wolk is a scam artist. It appears as if he scams everyone he does business with.
