Paradise Home Improvement is a home improvement company that services North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, and Minnesota. These services include replacing windows, gutter protection, and installation of solar panel systems. President, Joseph Schuette, stated the following about the vision of his company, "to provide the highest quality products and service for homeowners in our markets."

Leads for Paradise Home Improvement are obtained through several different avenues including: online marketing, television, radio, canvassing, and trade shows. Potential clients who are interested in their services can set up an appointment with Paradise Home Improvement to have an in home presentation on one or more of their products. From their the potential clients can decide if their products fit their specific needs.



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – PARADISE HOME IMPROVEMENT

During the onsite interview Mr. Schuette was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Schuette stated, "recently a customer was not satisfied with the grids that were in their windows." In order to remedy this situation, "we replaced the individual sashes in that window with sashes that had a grid pattern that the customer was happy with." Mr. Schuette expressed that their company very rarely receives complaints.

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Schuette stated the following, "these comments are completely false. They relate to a company that a couple of the employees of Paradise worked for in the past. They are not comments about Paradise Home Improvement." In order to further assure future and current clients Paradise Home Improvement has obtained the Good housekeeping seal of approval, positive reviews on Angie's List, and "our clients are provided with a reference list of existing customers that they can call at the time of in home consultation."

This company is formerly Dixie Homecrafters.  They basically just changed their name, and set up shop in the exact same place as before.  We had gotten our windows done by them.  They told us that they would stand by their product and we would never have to worry as they would always be around to help us out.  BULLS***!!!  They basically closed down as Dixie Homecrafters and reopened up shop as Paradise Home Improvement.  Here's the thing buddy, if you're going to do something like that, do yourself a favor and at least move to a new location or something.  Just blatantly staying in the same place just tells me that you don't really give a s**t and think that we as consumers are idiots!  Well, I hate to tell you this, but we're not idiots.  I mean I found out where you guys were, and that news crew that came out to see you guys sure as hell knows that you're the same company. That's right, you remember them don't you?

People, if you check out the BBB you'll see that these companies have the exact same address, so no one is buying the story that you guys are different.  The only thing that has changed is your name, not your shady business practices, high pressure sales, or the fact that you don't service any of your customers.  I don't care if you take a turd and package it up and call it a spaceship, guess what, it's still just a f***ing TURD, JUST LIKE YOU.  Thank you so much for telling me that your other company is out of business and that you can help me out on some windows that you installed, and telling me that you can fix my stuff for a fee.  We spent almost $18,000, and you'd think that you would never have the audacity to do such a thing, but I'm going to tell you now.  I'm not going to go away.  You think that news crew stopping out to see you would be the end of it...OH NO dear friend, it's just the beginning.  You have messed with the wrong family.  Larry Labelle, you are a pencil d**k f**ker, and a liar.  Please crawl back into the toilet that you came out of, so that I can flush you back for good.  If you think that you can fool 1 news crew, try fooling 3 crews.  That's right, I've given them plenty of ammunition to go by, and they will be paying you a visit.  Well, hopefully, you're going to get what you wanted, because I'm going to make you famous, if not at least INFAMOUS!  Choke on those cheerios you GRAPE SMUGGLING TURD NUGGET.

Before I say anything ive only been with this company for a month and because I found out alot of info about them im about to be fired and they are about to do it again under bath planet but here we go...Im being fired from this company as we speak for no reason im one of the best employees id like to know more im getting my lawyers involved and would like everyones help taking this company down my name is josh daniels and ive lost my house and everything still made it to work everyday busted my a*s made the company almost $100,000 in the past month alone and all I do is set the appointments but because the manager hates me and says im a failure and owes me money for each sale tomorrow is my last day guess they dont want a hard working honest employee and just as I got to this page I just found some things out they are not backed by the BBB just checked someone help

Dont worry man, they dont just rip off customers.  I am a former employee, i wasnt even nessicarially mad at them untill recently.  But to keep it short and simple, they take your money back if you leave.  Between the sexual harassment from canvass managers and the drug use its outragous not to mention the forced in home sales.  i will probably get in trouble for this because they do make us sign forms about it but im about tired of it.  As a prime example a fellow employee who just had to leave because of medical reason was ripped off for her demo's which is about $10 a lead.  she is on bed rest and left at the end of a pay period when asked about it they said they just gave it to the house.  im not going to act like i was the perfect employee and they did help me out in ways when i was doing good.  but whether you have been working there for 2 weeks or 6 months if your leads are down your on the edge of being fired.  there is no employee loyalty what so ever.  On a side note they hardly ever have the proper business licences.  Oh and if your wondering where they moved to they are right off of pelham rd. by Super Duper publications.  just look for the vans and trucks you'll find it.  for any other information feel free to contact me
