Like many others with damaged credit i went to Paradise Motors lansing mi..

I explained to the dealer (Matt) my situation and explained i need a vehicle with a tow hitch like a suv or truck.

I showed him one i was interested in and told him if i can't get that then something like it is fine i wasn't hard to deal with. Ok well we went into the sales floor i told him what i had to put down which was $1700 and that was all i could afford at this time. He asked me what i could afford which i don't know why they ask that due to setting what they want anyway. Well he talked to the banker or the person that does the financing and explained the situation to him. So after a few minutes he gave him a list of possibilitys which most of them didn't have a tow hitch while finally he came to one it was a 2003 Dodge Durango he pulled the truck to the front and said here take it for a test drive. So i did i noticed the blower didn't work at all for the heat/air conditioning and when it hit bumps it seemed like something wasn't rite in the front end i took it back after my test drive and told Matt the salesmen what i found, he said well if you put the $1700 on it i will have the blower fixed at first i was like wow um ok it took me a few days to think about it i knew i needed a vehicle and new i didn't have alot of options. So i decided to trust Matt and Paradise Motors in hopes i wouldn't be unlucky with getting a good vehicle. Well i had to wait to pick up my SUV due to the insurance having to wait for 7-10 days. So the SUV set there for 7 days when i came back to take so pictures of it i noticed the first thing that should never happen is when you have to leave you vehicle on there lot is scratches that weren't there before when i took pictures of it before.

I stopped in the sales floor and told Matt that there were scratches on the Suv while it set here and there shouldn't be any as well explaining to him i have pictures and the scratches weren't there before. The day i come to pick up the truck Matt tells me he had to get the truck from out back, i was like why was it out back something didn't seem rite with that. Well day one of driving the truck i took it home and noticed again on the way home after hitting a few bumps the front end wasn't rite. I thought well mabey it's nothing so it set at my home for two days then Monday came i was on my way to work and hit a few bumps and the Suv went to the side i thought ok thats not rite so i called my mechanic, asked if he could look over the SUV for me, what i was dealing with he took it for the day looked it over, said that the whole front end needed to be replaced as well the running boards were rotted and unsafe, well all except the frame. My mechanic gave me a print out of things that needed to be done and what the cost would be i took it back to Matt at Paradise and told him of the issues he had me take the Suv over to there service department i gave the mechanic  (Korey) the paper and told him what was wrong, and left it with them on June 24th and it set there til the july 7th and from the list they only repaired the hub barrings and reinforced the running boards i asked why just that and Korey said i do what i was told to do. I was so angry by then. Then he says to me we never seen this SUV in here being that they look over every vehicle before putting it out to the general public BULL CRAP!! This Suv shouldn't have been put on the lot til they fixed it.

I called today to Paradise Motors and spoke to Matt told him what the Suv is doing now and he asked if i would bring it in i said yes i went there we talked to the mechanic and told him what the issue was i said the front end still needs to be fixed i said will you please fix the front end and all that s wrong with it if i pay the $200 deductable it was like they don't wanna honor the warranty which i shouldn't have to pay the deductable if this stuff was wrong with it before i got it i also shouldn't have to beg for them to fix the issues when the front end needing to be replaced is safety issues you hit the rite bump and cause a accident or it kills you.

I even asked if they would take the SUV back and trade if for something that has no issues i pointed out a smaller SUV and said what about this one Matt said you think yours has issues that one has alot more i said what on this lot does not have issues.

I wish i could have had the truck looked over before i got it i would NEVER have gotten it!!!
