I started using ParcelPedia a couple of years ago. At first everything went fine and then after a few months, everything changed.
The mail is not put into the mailboxes in a timely manner. Even though it is delivered around 1 pm, it can be the next morning before you have it in your mailbox. This is disruptive to business as sometimes there are things that are time sensitive.
I also had a package delivered from Fed Ex that was misplaced for several days. After initiating a tracking with the shipping company, I discovered it was signed for by Michelle Lynch. After what seemed like an exhaustive search or this small business over 5 days, the package was found. I never could get a good explanation from the owner, Michelle, as to where my package was for 5 days.
A friend of mine needed business cards and I told her that ParcelPedia handled this type of business printing. She ordered the cards and it took 4 weeks and 3 days to receive them. The price was considerably higher than many other retailers, but the quality was poor. The card stock was very thin and the printing appeared fuzzy on some cards. Although this was brought to Michelle's attention, nothing was ever done to rectify the situation. In the end, I insisted on refunding the money to my friend as it was my reference.
Lastly, the store cannot seem to keep employees. It's a new person in there every month, it seems. Perhaps this is why the service is so poor. I cannot recommend ParcelPedia (or as it was previously knows EZ Mail) or the services of it's owner, Michelle Lynch. I have taken my business elsewhere and am very happy.
