Park Ave. Furniture Store Renigged on Mattress Warranty Mattress Warranty Calgary, Alberta

We bought a mattress set from Renaissance Sleep Center, Lindon, Utah and they said it had a 20 year unlimited warranty. The day we bought the mattress we called the manufacturer and they said there is no problem. They take care of their warranties. Renaissance Sleep Center went out of business a year and half later. We have had the mattress for about 2 1/2 years and the center of the mattress has come unsewed and the mattress puckers which makes it extremely hard to sleep. 

Called Park Avenue and they gave me to Moez. I explained the situation to him and he said he would talk to his supervisor and he will call me back. He did not call back. Each time I had to call him back about 5 different times. After getting no where I asked to speak to his supervisor and got Moez back and he said to email pictures to him. I did and his secretary sent me an email stating she gave him the email. Waited a couple days and called him back. He wasn't around so I asked for his supervisor and got Moez. He said he didn't have the email and the secretary was to lunch. He would call me back. I had to call him back and he had me wait while his secretary printed it out again for him. He then said he sees how bad it is and he would see his supervisor tomorrow and will get back with me.

Called him the next day and he said that his supervisor stated that the defective stitching was not covered under the warranty. I asked how defective stitching would not be covered when it is part of the mattress with an unlimited warranty. Moez said I'm just a worker and I do what my supervisor tells me. I asked to speak to his supervisor and Moez said he wasn't in. I asked for his name and Moez said he can not give it out. I explained that it was not the way to run a business. I stated a professional business would not let the employee take the raft unless possibly Moez was lying to me. Moez said there is nothing he can do and he hung up.
