The Park n Fly, Valet parking, had my 2010 Lexus hybred for 4 days in April 2012): We also had them detail the car. When I returned at 10pm, paid $283.00 for the car and was told ' its out there', we found car ( we thought valet means they bring you the car? guess not ) Got in the car and battery was dead. Could not open trunk etc. When we asked what happened to the car we were told, nothing was wrong when they brought out the car. Knowing these companies have small print that excludes them from everything liable or their fault, we called CAA after an hour dealing with this: CAA jumped car, and we had it checked out the next day - dead battery- We cannot prove it, but we believe vehicle radio was played while they detailed the car causing the dead battery. The Park n Fly people basically stated it was not their fault, they could not boost us because they did not know where battery was ( and we were afraid to let them touch the car after that) So after paying @283.00 for parking and detailing we got to pay a CAA visit as well. It took 2 hours to resolve this at the Park n fly location. Also, one of the 'lot' men who was 'serving' us ( who did not know where the battery was) walked away from my wife, saying under his breath ( but we heard him) Stupid Bitch!...not impressive. In fairness to the night manager, he saw he could not do anything and his lot man did not know how to help, he basically said sorry, but it was our problem (the contract small print) .
Advice-Never use Valet parking at Toronto Airport Park N Fly: While we were there 3 other couples where having issues ( we did not listen as we were freezing outside trying to resolve our own matters) and all had to find there own cars outside.
