When customer came into the store, she was harassed and yelled at by the manager twice at that point, and threatened to have the police called on her for 'stealing a sub.' The first time the customer left in tears after not being treated well by an employee and a customer who made a rude comment to her. Now this customer has been harassed and picked on twice at this point by a blonde haired manager at the 10165 university blvd location. This is a regular customer of subway who goes there very often.
After having to go through the hellish ordeal of twice harassment, the customer went into the subway store of district manager 'misty underwood' located in front of the ucf area. When going into that store, the customer was buying a sub and then encountered the 'same' manager from the previous store who had yelled at and harassed her. Customer was shocked to even encounter the psychopath against who she had hoped she would never encounter in her life, yet she was there waving her hands at her and getting up in her in an intimidating manner.. The manager waved "WELCOME TO SUBAWY" to the customer then walked up to her and stood next to her.
The customer was very upset at this point havnig to encounter this person who she had already been yelled at by twice and now being intimiated and bullied by. The customer left that store. Customer went back into the same store to purchase a sub and was then told by the employees that she was not allowed to purchase a sub at the store until she called the manager 'misty underwood' for absolutely no reason at this point, except the blonde haired psychopath who had already now bothered her 3 times, was seemingly intimidating and almost now stalking her at stores or happened to be there and trash talking her.
Customer called corporate at this ponit to report harassment and feeling of being threatened/intimidated, though there was no outright bullying at the last encounter, the fact that the manager who had yelled at her twice now, decided to walk up adn get in her face, and the customer could not even talk backt o the 'employee' because apparently subway employees have 'power' in this situation over customers who they are bullying and doing this to.
Customer felt like calling the police and filing a report of harassment by subway employees or bullying, and did call and was told that it was in her best interest to call corporate instead. Instead of corporate doing something about these immature subway employees/bullies and their now desire to seemingly go after this particular customer for no reason, customer was told to call the manager. Customer calls the manager only to be told by the manager that she 'walked out with a sub" (a sub they had owed her on top of being mistreated yelled at and threatened twice at this point), and that for being abused, the customer was 'abusnig the employees" and they had this all on tape.
What they have on tape is a screwed up employee, messing up a sub at least 4 times (making a disgusting sub putting meatballs on just 'marinara sauce' sloppnig sauce all over the sub with her gloves/fingers, putting excess amounts of sauce, picking vegetables that had fallen off then putting them back on, behaving in a not so normal way for a subawy sandwich worker, giving away the sub for free, then later harassing and yelling at the customer.
Now, the cusotmer has had to take threats, bullying, intimidation, harassment, for no reason, told the customer is 'absuing employees' when it's the customer who is being abused, and on top of that, a manager who is yelling at customer and being rude on the phone. Misty Underwood even told the female customer, you speak LOW and it seems lke you do it on PURPOSE ie actually accusing a customer of speaking low intentionally as a form of 'abuse to employees"? This is beyond sick in every way...
Customer explanied to manager that the subawy employee had her in tears as she left, yet, this trailer trash psychopath (misty underwood) was still on a mission to get this customer so it seems. Now, being a customer of several subways in the area, the customer went to another location that she always goes to to order a sub.
As she places a take out order, and goes inside to purchase the sub, she gets picked on and yelled at or talked 'down to' by the low life low class subway employee and told that they are "NOT allowed to serve her" and gets treated almost lke a criminal...the subway employee, a white male is getting off on treating her this way it seems, humiliating and talking to her as if she has done something wrong when she is a regular paying customer who is going in there to get a sub, and goes there almost every single day. The customer explanis to the employee if she can just buy the sub because they're going to throw it away. the sick employee says "THATS not our loss"...as if serving this customer is doing a huge injustice to subway.
On top of that claiming that the customer is banned from 7 stores in the entire area (they seem to just want to stop the customer from being able to even go to subway altogether). This is blatant discrimination, harassment, abuse, mistreatment of a customer for absolutely no reason, by an entire subway district.
Now personally I would like to know what a customer acn do in this situation....as the subway employee claims "corporate knows about the situation"...what situation? that a customer has been yelled at abused harassed now at least 4-5 times in a row due to one psychotic 'blonde manager' who has decided to take all her aggression out on this customer for no reason....who seemingly had a vendetta against this person for absoultely no reason, and has taken it to thsi level....how is subway allowed to even get away with this.... the parkridge management subway team is a team of some of the most disgusting bullies possible who mistreat and harass customers for no reason and women who can't fight for themselves or even talk back.
Misty underwood literally claimed on the phone that this poor customer talks 'low' on purpose...this is beyond discrimination mistreatment and harassment this is just flat out violation of someone's rights and civil rights and consumer rights, and injustice in ways that need to land this subway division in a civil lawsuit for the manner in which they are behaving and acting towards customers who THEIR employees are abusing and harassing in every and any way possible.
I would say boycott this entire subway division though that is not possible, because subway is a popular chain restaurant that everyone goes to and has to, but the things they are doing to innocent customers and the manner in whcih they are doing them is wrong adn unjust and something needs to be done about it, any advice would be appreciated.
