I placed an order on Sunday for refrigerator parts, and paid the expedited shipping fee. Granting that they first saw the order on Monday morning, it should have gone out the door that day. Instead, I got an email on Tuesday that the order had shipped that day, but when I tried the UPS link Tuesday night, it came up as an invalid number, which happens when they have not yet picked the box up. I called Wednesday morning (at which time the link still didn't work, and went through the usual baloney in their call center.

I finally got a 'supervisor' named 'Jerry', who 'understood' but couldn't do anything except forward the matter to their 'support center', which, of course, he couldn't call directly (that is why they call it a support center). I was promised a call back, which, of course, never came, and when I called back, was once again put through garbage and then handed off to 'Ron' who was allegedly Jerry's supervisor, and told about Ron's supervisor, who curiously could not come to the phone.

Every one of their people had to 'research' the issue for an hour in order to come to the conclusion that the UPS number was invalid because UPS had not picked up the box yet, which is what I had told them hours before.

So now three business days later (and this is the end of that day) they STILL haven't gotten it out the door, and the 'support center' will contact me in three to four days. I have done a fair amount of ordering on the web, but this place takes the cake..

Some *** keeps on posting comments on every complaint posted at xxxxx.com to contact the company and that they will 'make it right'. Interestingly, not one of the posters has come back to confirm that.

Update: It is now Saturday night, and of course the UPS link sent to me STILL doesn't work, which means they still haven't picked up the order, and that they will obviously not make the Monday deadline which they had provided after blowing the original promised delivery date.

As expected, some *** came to the posting I made on another complaint website and apologized for the problem, asking me to contact them at social.media@partstore.com, which I did. No reply as of yet.

Bottom line: these guys send deceitful shipping notice emails, are utterly ineffective on the phone (after you have spent a long time waiting for a human being), do not keep commitments they make, and take money fo services they don't provide. Do you think they deserve your business ?
