Please be aware that these complaints listed here are only a small list of the depth of the deception still going on with Joe Mori and James McBride. I too am waiting for my loan to close and know of many more victims in this crime. When you lie enough, people start to believe, and these two are still telling clients that the money is on the way. Joe Mori and Jim McBride are the purest form of fraudsters on the planet. They Pray on your hopes and dreams, and steal you money. RUN do not walk away from them.
Joe, go ahead and respond that you do not know where this is coming from, you absolutely do sir. There are a long list of destruction that you have caused. How about showing the world that you do have money, and quit hiding by not returning phone calls and e-mails? Post it right here in your rebuttal, show us a wire transfer, account with millions in it, any dose of reality will get you off this web site. You were on the phone quite a bit when it came to induce me out of my hard earned money, then why did you disappear?

I do business with Partnercare funding, Joseph Mori and Jim McBride. Coincidentally I live in West Palm Beach in which some of this information originates. We had nothing to do with the original complaint.
First, our Company has had a great relationship with all mentioned in this complaint.
One respondent is correct, these things take time.
Second, Dealing with impatient and frustrated customers is difficult. Often, people want instant results.
I would like to thank Partnercare, and my friend who sent me to this site to set things right. We look forward to our continued relationship, and I hope that the frustration can find another venue, and we all can move on. Partnercare has done all that they said they would do. Together, we are funding a difficult business situation that no one else could get done.
Personally, I feel that this site is destructive, and there should be a better way to resolve our differences.

I am aware of over one hundred people looking for Mr. Mori to perform. Regardless of the amount of the loan in question, HE HAS NOT PERFORMED for any one of them. Some of these loans are not small. Go ahead and attach a scrubbed closing statement from him, chances are you cannot, and you will soon be added to the list that we are on. He takes some time? We are soon looking at our one year birthday of submitting our documents. The money is soon to arrive? You are already on the list!

I believe your blaming the wrong person here. I have been doing business with Joseph Mori for about 2 years now. Granted things take a while to get done, Joseph never stole my money and it was a whole hell of a lot more than what your saying you lost. It seems to me that this James McBride individule might be your culprate. Something I find fishy is that your talking about getting loans under a million dollars and I know for a fact that Joseph wouldn't waste his already stretched, limited time with something so small. $5M and up is what he told me, i tried to submit a friends project to him and he simply had to pass on it because it was too small and it was a few million alone. A lot of things Im reading here do not add up. The biggest thing is this middle man and his fees. I do not know of him but that doesnt matter because I dont not work for Partnercare. I do know this: I do business directly with Partnercare, speak to Joseph several times a week, have seen proof of this recent round of money that is getting ready to go out and last: DIDNT LOOSE A DIME TO HIM. I say this to you, after all of these slanderous allegations, I hope Joseph seperates himself from Mr. McBride and his clients because I know how busy he is and cant imagine he would want to defend himself against people involved in projects that are simply beneath him and the kind of money he deals in. You are more than welcome to contact me back on here but I dont have much else to say to you.
