Parts Geek ordered 1 part - sent 2 of same part - charged for 2 - parts were wrong. will not answer phone nor send us a mandatory RMA # for us to return and get our money back. sent numerous messages . Marlton, New Jersey
Ordered a car part 0n-line for my daughter's car. Ordered it 2/3/2012. The cost was 264.75 .Was checking my bank account the next night and seen where parts geek had charged us double 528.50. I tried calling them 2/6/2012 and a real person never did get on the phone. I left a
message for a call back and never heard from them. Tried calling the next day, same thing.
We received the parts on 02/07/2012( was supposed to be only the one part) and the parts were identical and not even the RIGHT PART! They have a place on their site called a support ticket where you complain or ask for an RMA# to return a part.
They say this mandatory and you have to have this number or they will not refund your money. I have sent them 4 support tickets about charging us for 2 parts when we only ordered one and the part nor even the right one. I will get an E-Mail each time I send them this support ticket stating an
RMA# will be sent to me in 24 to 48 hours and that a return has been set up for me. I NEVER get the RMA #. After 30 days they say you can't return, I think they are just waiting till that 30 days is up. We are out a lot of money and cannot afford now to get my daughter's car fixed for her to get to work. We have to take her. Please, please help. I am at my wits end. Just want to send it back and be re-emburshed. Thank you!!
