We had booked our kid's 1st birthday party with party solvers after paying a deposit of $50. Believe it or not, no one from Party Solvers showed up. Tried calling on (646) 552-4400 multiple times and left multiple voicemails, but no response. Thanks to Party Solvers for spoiling what would have been a memorable experience for our family. 

I will NOT recommend these highly unprofessional company to anyone.

The rebuttals by this business are just ridiculous. Also, you get a good idea of their integrity when they make comments such as "....only a few customers have been unhappy so far". So it's acceptable to have unhappy customers? Particularly when most of the customers call them for the 1st birthdays of their kids???

The arrogance is pretty obvious. Not that we were looking for it, but not a word of apology anytime. Bravo!! Keep it up !!!

I would like to address you calling the office. You called once to book and once to reschedule. We have 5 girls working the office, I think its very strange, why you think we were lying about who was taking your phone call. Very odd to me.

Might I add you had no problem until it was time to pay, which you didn't. We can go back and fourth for days. It is possible to be 19 years old and have braces. Anyway, we came, and did our job well, the kids were smiling and happy, including your daughter. Next time you book someone out you should definitely read the contract and inform the company your guest are all 12 months old. We asked you said all ages. That was false.

We wouldn't stay in costumes for 1 hour long. That doesn't make sense. States it in our REQUIREMENTS part of the contract. Im just frustrated at the fact your trying to exaggerate your entire party. We were only there for ONE HOUR. Balloon animals, 2 Costumes and Limbo. Reread your contract again.

I'm heartbroken danielle gaviglia the owner of this pitiful joke of a business has ruined my one year old daughters first birthday party:( my story is very long so I will try to get to the point which means I will have to skip a lot. When I hired these unprofessional people I was told I would get Micky and Minnie for an hour. They would play music and games with the kids as well as do balloon animals. I paid a $55 deposit and was to pay the balance at the party. Her party was supossed to be sat feb 9 but we got 26 inches of snow the night earlier I called to rescheduale her party the wed before for sat feb 16 (the following sat) she had no problem and said it was fine, obviously no one is going to drive in 26 inches of snow.

I started to realize every single time I spoke to Danielle she would always pretend I never spoke to her before and I keep speaking to different girls. I found that very odd but never called her out on it the night before my daughters party Danielle called me saying they don't do cancelations and whoever I spoke to before (which was her) made a mistake she said they are still going to come but had to come the same time that my party starts she took me very off guard but I agreed for them to come a half hour after the party starts.

The day of my daughters party 2 very very young girls with braces showed up with the most ghetto costumes I have ever seen in my entire life! Mickys eyes were falling off Minnie's bow was bent and ripped I was so embarrassed they were ancient and gross looking. The girls clearly weren't trained and were very awkward. It just turned into a strange photo session cuz no one knew what to do. I finally said aren't u guys supposed to play music and games with the kids? Which they replied oh we asked the kids if they wanted to play games and they said no I was like u have to just play games and music and I promice they will play! When they finally got their supplies and started playing games and music of course the kids started playing and laughing a dancing and finally having fun! Literally five minutes later they said its 4:00 we have to go I said there's no way I'm paying this was not what I was promiced and I'm extremely unhappy and fuming right now. When they called Danielle and put me on the phone with her she spoke over me and literally wouldn't let me speak I'm skipping a lot but one of the things she kept stupidly repeating was "my emplyees asked your kids if they want to play and they said no we can't force a bunch of one year olds to play if they said no" all of you reading this no how incredibly stupid this is besides the point I had 25 children ranging in ages from 1-8 which I told her she then hung up on me! I told her I was not gonna pay her another dime but I did give her girls $80 because I felt bad for them this morning my husband noticed this disgusting girl Danielle decided to go ahead and charge my card $108 which was completely unauthorized!!!!!

This pitiful joke of a business completely ripped me off and ruined my daughters party:( she is completely incompetent there are so many complaints on this joke of a business on the Internet I wish I looked them up before I hired don't make the same mistake I did:( I find it funny that Danielle always has to write back after someone complains about her unprofessionalism actually always blaming the client which is what she did to me. I can't wait to see what she could possibly have to say after reading this! She embarrassed me in front of my guests and ruined my baby's party it's a matter of time before she goes out of business DO NOT HIRE!!!!

We are not saying its your fault what so ever. We are saying we don't think you were aware about the characters and the way we do activities by not reading the contract. We have been in business for a while and theres only a few complaints. We are sorry you feel this way. This situation could of been handled differently. You could of excepted more games with the kids, Or perhaps told us all the kids were too young and we could of provided the Parachute game.

We are NOT here to say your 100% wrong. I just feel like theres a certain way to speak to people in general, and screaming, cursing and yelling isn't it.

In all of my years working with party solvers I have never came across a client who tried to take advantage of our employees until now. The girls who were 19 years old.  We provided balloon twisting, limbo and some characters. She received her contract WITHOUT reading it, everything I was telling her it sounded like she was hearing it for the 1st time. Her guest (kids) were mostly 1 year olds who refused to continue with limbo. They played for a little then sat under the limbo stick (which is normal for that age)

THE CLIENT HAD A PHOTO SHOOT with the costumes. They spent half the time taking pictures. 

They were too young to understand the concept of games. Farah complained about the costumes which were nicely maintained. She was looking for everything possible to get her money back. After receiving services she gave the girls $50!

SHE NEVER PAID- She took advantage of the situation and then when I called her to see the problem and offering her more games and dances she started screaming on top of her lungs and using a whole bunch of profanity in front of the kids and adults. She was 100% unstable. I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN ALL 8 YEARS WORKING HERE. We offered for the characters could come back out for more games and dances, she refused and started screaming more claiming I wasn't letting her talk.

She then texted me later calling me horrible things. WE DO HAVE ALL RECORDS AND RECORDINGS!
ALSO our employees said your daughter LOVED minnie. We even checked the costumes, nice condition. I guess Farah was looking for Disney quality. However Im glad we were able to make her daughter smile!

The callousness of this company is stagerring. How can a customer leave a deposit without the provider knowing about it? The deposit was taken over the phone and there is email communication as well in case anyone needs proof. Most importantly, it's not a question of the deposit only. The fact that the entertainers did not show and did not even call to inform of the cancellation is just unacceptable.

All i am saying is that we had this nightmare on one of the most important days for a child and family. I only hope that this doesnt happen to you.

As viewed on our website anyone could leave a deposit at anytime. This client had left a deposit without party solvers knowing/permission. We had refunded their card. We didn't notice until this point. We are not here to cancel parties. Unfortunately this happened, but you assure everyone this is the 1st bad review we had got in the last 5 years of business. We tried to contact this client with no response.
