If you did order from PG. What is your order number or receipt id so we can look into this for you.
You can also call us toll free: 1-866-931-8404 not like other vendors where you can't speak to anyone.
Maybe this is why they feel threatened by PG because we provide more superior products.
If we receive an email where their is an error, within 24 hours it will be corrected but this rarely happens.
