The product CompTia network Plus 005 they do not deliver a critical element of the test they fail to deliver any simulations or scenarios. When asked where these were they said that they provide none. They do not provide the product, when contacted they refused to provide a refund,
1) They do not provide 24/7 support took 2 days to get answers
2)They do not provide information needed to pass the exam
3) They have questions with factually wrong answers
4) The do not deliver and they refuse a revund !
