I feel for the smooth website design of www.pass4sure.com and paid the near to $300 for the CCNA bundle pack with the money back guarantee.  Things got fishy after I paid. I got access to download some audio files of somebody reading some bullet notes (or so it seemed), and some scanned pages in pdf format.

Then the labs, where more of the same, unorganized scanned pages, no hands-on practice.  And the virtual practice exams did not provide explanation of where the answer came from, it was just a blank box with the title "Explanation."

Five minutes into it, I realized I just got ripped off.  The live chat button person named Cindy, was no longer available to chat for about 30 minutes to an hour.  Then I finally got somebody on live chat again, it was Cindy.  I let her know I was interested in a refund because the package deal was not functional to me. [continued below]....
.....  She said to write an email to Billing@pass4sure.com and advise them, it should not be problem.  I got an email the next day stating that they don't do refunds because I downloaded the study material and looked at it.  Yes I looked at it for five minutes and determined it was a scam.

Also, they have NO phone number, they are a small rented office space in London UK, and the 24/7 support is a lie.  If you are an unhappy customer, they do not follow up with emails, they just ignore them.

Also, read the refund policy, pass or don't pay is a scam.  Their terms make it impossible for the refund to apply.  Basically, they are not giving you any money back.  If what you buy is on sale ( and everything is) or is bundle, it does not qualify for a refund.  Also many of the parts of testing materials does not qualify for refund.  No Refunds period.

Bottom line, avoid this scam and if your going for CCNA as I am, look into Boson, a truly hands on training engine, and maybe a good updated CCNA book.  I should have just bought a book instead of getting ripped off by sub par material from www.pass4sure.com.

I hope this helps at least one of you out there.  This information is completely true and was my experience.

Been living under a rock lately.?

AUTHOR: Steven - (U.S.A.)

Do a Google search on cheating on Cisco exams. They had several articles about the fact that Cisco as well as Microsoft and others use software to detect anomalies in the test.

In addition to that if you bother to read any of the books that you buy to study you will see it there as well.

Not True

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

If that were true it would have made news quite some time ago. Granted, the brain dumps can't do the simulations that Cisco does but there's NO WAY their test can detect how you learned the answer to a question. Even if you finish the test in record time there's nothing they can do.  Now if you're caught cheating at the test center that's a different story. They can cancel your existing certs and ban you for life. Considering that the test centers in Asia are pretty sad securitywise I don't see much chance of that happening either.

Nothing beats good ole fashioned studying

AUTHOR: Steven - (U.S.A.)

The thing that people seem to forget when buying these "brain dump" materials is that Cisco has software to detect whether or not you used these materials to study for the exam instead of studying.

They do not go into detail about the algorithm they use but if they think you cheated by using any of these materials they may make you re-take a different exam or revoke your certification (as well as any prior certification) and ban you from taking the test for a year or life.
