Passport To Fun & Vista Print Did NOT authorize hidden charges!! Stamford, Connecticut Internet

I have been using Vista Print about a year & placed 2 orders. One on my Visa & the other on a MasterCard. I was really happy withthe quality, service & products - until now.

I had placed an order in April 08 on my Visa & everything was fine. Then I placed another order in November 08 with the MasterCard & again, fine. But when I got my MasterCard statement for December there was a rouge charge for $14.95 from Passport to Fun.

I had never heard of them before & had no record of making this purchase. I called my bank & all they knew was the name, phone# and that they were in CT.

When I called Passport to Fun the girl kept saying that it was a monthly membership fee to discounts on shopping & entertainment. It was like talking to a brick wall!!! She finally spit it out that when I purchased something from Vista Print I authorized the fee. Which I did not.

I called the number for Vista Print that she gave me which was a run around automated line & did nothing. After checking my order history with VP I found no mention or charges for Passport.

I called Passport back, cancelled my monthly membership then asked if this would not be charged again & was told yes. We'll see.

This is a very sneaky operation & I could not track it down anywhere! There were no records only the charge on my bank statement. Check your statements closely!!!

And since they didn't get me the first time I ordered only the second & it showed up a month later it is very easy to miss this one.
