Passport to Travel Attractive Offer is Deceptive Tampa Florida

We were promised two free airline tickets if we would listen to a sales presentation.  We listened to the presentation and were given material to redeem two free airline tickets.  After going through many steps and sending $104.25 by certified check as required, we sent our request for the time we would like to travel as we were told to do.

We were notified 30 days before travel that the two "free" airline tickets would cost us $540, which is $70 more than the current retail price.  We told them we were not interested and asked for a refund of the money we had already paid.  We were told they would refund only $75 in 60 to 90 days.  They have had our funds for six months.  We cannot understand : #1 - How two "free" tickets became $540; and #2 - Why they will only refund $75 and and we have to wait 60 to 90 days to receive that (if in fact we do).
