She called the 1-888-443-5847 several times but keeps getting a recording that "all lines are busy". The website states that you only have 24 hours to contact them for refunds or cancellations. She has been calling them continuously for over 15 hours.
This is beginning to sound like a scam where they will use the excuse that they couldn't be reached within 24 hours to refuse the refund or cancellation.
She would like to continue with their service (not ask for any refund or cancellation) but she can't contact them. This sounds pretty fishy....
