Patent&Trademark Institute Of America infringed on Martha stewart and K-Mart ,stating they would be investors to my invention. That it was one of the best they have recieved and 85% never even make this far. Rosyln Heights New York

i sent in my invention along with the inventors kit that i recieved. i was contacted within 1 wk of mailing it out ,i was told that my invention was one of the best they have recieved and that martha stewart and k-mart would invest in my invention,that i did not need anymore money than the 980.00 i mailed because the patent attorneys and above stated investors would pay to make and market my product.

I sent them the money ,a few weeks passed and i recieved a portfolio with much info included along with a letter stating i would need an additional 10,000.00 to get my invention off the ground . i was so upset with grief because i am on dissibility and begged and barrowed that money which i still owe today.

i thaught for sure i was on my way to seeing my dreams come true for when they talked about martha stewart and k-mart i thaught for sure everyone loved my idea, when they asked for more money i knew then and their i was scamed and all the people who laughed and made fun of me were right butt i did not listen to them because i believed in myself (i still do) to say the least i am not wealthy and loosing all that money was very very difficult, i fear i will never get back my money and that would be just fine as long as the person or people who are responsible for ripping off the poor ,pay the ultimate price as i have .

loosing all that money is alot to loose when you have no $ to spare.i hope this company is caught and they have to pay everyone back (with interest!)
