Regretfully, I too signed up to become a driver for this establishment. Even though I had done a scam report on this company to avoid losing valuable time, energy and dollars, I have been left holding the bag. The contract clearly states that you will receive at best 30% of pay within the first 30 to 45 days of services provided; it's been way over that - I've received zero pay and their accounts payable person won't even accept my calls. I was initially concerned about the proposed 30 to 45 day delay in payment, so I asked Raz Barr to clarify this during the interview. He assured me that it would be no longer than 45 days. I have since spoken with him in an effort to get him to explain the contradiction in both the contract and verbal agreement - but to no avail. I am now sent to voice mail and the couple of times he answered he said he would call me back and never did. The company has also refused to send me the billing for services I provided as promised. I don't even know if they were filed. In a previous Fraud Report filing response, Patient Care Transport LLC claim they have proof of payments being dispersed and would be happy to share those documents? Well, I like many other eager hardworking people were presented copies of check stubs at the interview. Nowadays those types of forms are not difficult to come by or manufacturer when you intend to take advantage of a person/situation. Yes, I reviewed what appeared to be payments received but that does not clarify why myself and others have not been paid. The very last conversation I had with Raz Barr was very disturbing - he was clearly frustrated and annoyed with me. I was treated like someone off the streets he had never met asking for a handout. Nothing could be further from the truth. I partnered with his company and have invested a great deal of funds to ensure that I am able to transport patients to their all too important appointments in a timely and professional manner. The patients are undoubtedly going through a rough time and trust that the transporting professional will be there to help them follow through on what is required of them for the most part. But I can't help but feel a great deal of frustration and hopelessness as I watch my bank account drizzle down week after week for expenses that have not been replenished to me as promised. I am literally financially damaged at this point and have been delayed in paying my own personal bills. I am embarrassed and heart broken. My family has watched me work for months and are concerned that I have jeopardized their well being - and unfortunately this is true. While not intentional I just did not have the information I needed to make the best informed decision. At this point I want to thank the person who spoke up and beyond the walls of what could have been for the time being an isolated incident with Raz Barr of Patient Care Transport LLC. These are desperate times and most are vulnerable to a degree of enduring very compromising circumstances. My guest best is to contact the District Attorneys Office file a complaint and seek counsel to initiate my own law suit. For those of you that have read the Patient Care Transport LLC response, they pretty much told the truth about themselves. Blaming, flailing all over the place in their thoughts and doing the very thing their contract asked us not to do when it comes to conflict resolution. For the record I am owed thousands upon thousands of dollars as well. The complaint was specifically directed at the issue of non payment. And just as they refused to address that issue directly they have done the same with myself and what is now apparent to me many others.

This is the last time we will address scammers from Alpha Care Transport trying to defame our company or drivers who work for a competing company trying to defame our company. If you
have a real complaint we will be happy to address even here if you reveal your
real name so we can show everyone when you started and what transports you have
done and status of your payments.
No scam and no BS. Show us your agreement and we will show you what you have signed. You are a fake and a liar and your name is Sarkis Mambreian who is a liar and a scammer who stole material and clients with our Olga Solzerano material from our company and opened with Tony Turgeman a fly by night failed Transport Company named: Alpha Care Transport based in Inglewood CA.
We run a serious honest business and have top clients and satisfied drivers nationally. So we wont address any anonymous fake posts. If you have any complaint show us agreement you sign here and what we promise you and we will show you all your transports and status and check you either got paid or on its way by insurance. We do not cheat or lie anyone!
You are working for a competing company and we will sue you to the fullest extent for lies. Mr. Mambreian who is a thief and an unethical contractor is being sued for theft and defamation of our company.
We never guarantee when payment date will be made by insurance companies. Statistically companies pay first check within 30-45 days and 3 out of 8 will be paid in that time frame.
We will be happy to show any agreement or Ad we post to hire drivers showing otherwise! Show us the facts you claim. If you anonymous youre a faker or liar that either work for Alpha care Transport headed by Sarkis and Tony. If you indeed a driver work for us show us your agreement and we will show all your transports or checks and proof these are all fallacies and lies.

We have many happy reliable drivers making great money with our company and working for us is not just a solid job opportunity but a very lucrative job opp.
