Warning to all, you will not be paid for a minimum of 3 months no matter how many transports you do. Beware, I was dumb enough to keep working after 2 months, calling in every week about getting checks sent to me and they just tell you next week, then they tell you next week again until finally after 3 months I get a few checks and they aren't even the full amount, only about 40% of what they should be. Do not trust these crooks and scam artists, they use you, take advantage of you, make money off of you then give you the short end of the stick. You do all the work and they make the money, its not worth it! You cant make money, you barely get paid back what you are spending on gas even when working full time. Take my word for it, dont get pulled in by the lies and false promises.
Please take my experience as your own so you wont have to go through what I did with these people. Their name is Patient Care Transport LLC run by a man named Ross Barr. They do lien transports, they say they put your name on the lien itself but after months they have never even shown me a single piece of paperwork even if I go to their office in Glendale. They promise that about a 3rd of your transports will be paid in 30-45 days but how can that be if they dont send out a bill for 60 days?? DONT DO IT!!! They cant say I didnt call to clear things up with them, I have called dozens of times and been in to the office 9 times and still nothing. SCAM ARTISTS!!

I read through the whole thread and I am glad that something is being done about this relentless scam artist. I met Ross and talked with him a few times over the phone and aside from being a scammer, he's really a prick of a person too which makes it even sweeter to see him go down. Luckily I didn't fall for the $495 scam but still lost a lot of time and gas money as well as broken promises.
Anyhow, I have done about 9 transports since September and saw the writing on the wall early so I decided to wait and see if I would see any action from their side before pumping another gallon of gas into my car. Of course it has been over 7 months now since my first transport and still no money. I am filing a claim with the labor commission but something tells me that won't do much good.
It will be hard for me to get down to San Diego for the hearing on the 25th since I just saw this post today, but if there is a class action lawsuit building against little Rossie boy, please contact me so I can join in. I have record of all my transport tickets and all email correspondence from the beginning with them. I can't post my email on here so I am assuming I can be contacted by my user handle.
Good luck to you all, scammers like him never have a long window of opportunity. His day is coming.

Wow! I started with this so called company PCT in December of 2012. I worked for them for three months and of course no pay check! Smh. I would love to take these scammers to court! Hello, I found the job listing on Craigslist-Los Angeles. It really is true-go with your instincts. It did sound too good to be true. I actually called to get an interview, but was trying to find information out on the company first. I live very close to the address they listed as their business address, and since I havent had the chance to drive by, I looked on google maps, and couldn't find them! I will drive by soon, just to clarify that. I count my blessings that I found "Ripoff Report". I am a very moral person, and I would have believed as you all have, that the payment would arrive in the time frame given. I am so deeply sorry for all of you who have been scammed. Here you were helping out people in need, and this is what happens! I am also truly concerned that Workmans Compensation is paying these companies. I wish you all the best with your lawsuits.

Before I took off for the golf course yesterday I checked the cases against PCT in L.A. Superior Court. This is what I found:
Not including my case, there are 6 cases listed. Of those, 4 are still pending waiting for their day in court to arrive, 1 was dismissed after the parties reached an agreement outside of court, and 1 was an outright win by the driver. Here are the case summaries:
Armen Papoyan V. PCT: case pending with next court date 4-8-13.
Dean Coffman V. PCT: case pending with next court date 4-29-13.
David Patterson V. PCT: case pending with next court date 4-15-13.
Andres Valderrama V. PCT: case pending with next court date 4-8-13.

I just got this email back from Geraldine yesterday, in response to multiple emails I have sent her regarding payments and copies of the liens.
"Hi Kelly, We are still waiting for the payments from the Insurance Companies. As soon as we got the checks, we will call you! Just to let you know that we did not file a Lien. Filling a Lien starting this January 2013 is expensive? We need to pay a $150 for each ticket and we have a tons of Tickets. What we are doing is we call all the Insurance Companies to collect at least 80% of the total amount of each tickets. Filling a lien also it takes a while.

So, no liens, no payments. Great business model, PCT

I am glad to hear that Ross is getting some heat from the people he committed fraud against. I'm willing to bet he will not show up in court and will just disappear once the whole thing falls apart. Let it be known that those of us in Chicago that were duped by this con man are also pressing charges against him for his crimes. I feel for all of you that are owed thousands of dollars and will most likely never see a return on your work. Keep fighting and good luck to you all!

Attention all patient care drivers there is a court date set for April 25th in San Diego ca. Mary a driver from San Diego had Ross Barr served by a process server the notice to appear in court. We need as many drivers to show up for this court date with all your documentation to show to the judge pro siding this case. Once he sees her proof and then they see the proof that we have it becomes a criminal case and charges will be filed against Ross that day by the judge. Contact me here or call me to get the actual time for the court date. Several people have already been with the district attorneys office, this is getting bigger by the minute. Also Ross has changed the name of his company but doing the same thing to new drivers.

All transports are guaranteed to be paid by Company.

I have meet a half dozen drivers for PCT and none have been paid. I have done 70 transports-ish since I was hired in Oct 2012. My transports are going on 5 months now and I have received only 2 checks. One was fire the full amount, one was for 80 percent of the amount. I get the runaround too. Its kind if funny how I can work so hard for them without getting paid and they still call me weekly to do more transports. I have found no proof that this is a scam, but the other post-ers aren't joking about not being paid. They promised 60-75 percent inside of 60 days when they hired me, and that changes with every post. They aren't paying their drivers and I found out from someone in dispatch that they are receiving checks. I'm worried they are cheating everyone until its time to split.

While I never lost any money or did any transports, nothing would give me more pleasure than to see these two bastards go to jail. When I interviewed with Leo both times he was extremely arrogant, rude, and cocky and I would love to see him go down!!!!!

If any of you are actually getting a lawyer, post it here. You will need the testimony of as many drivers as possible to strengthen your case. In my opinion, the only part of the contract they have broken is the speed at which we are to be paid. All other aspects have been followed including frequency of work. It's unfortunate we are going through this but I will tell your lawyers everything I know in aid of your cause. I have done over 50 transports. I have been paid on only two while seemingly getting the runaround on the rest. I get calls from the receptionists weekly to do more transports. I know they have a new office location that is legitimate...it's not possible to get into without clearance to get past security now, but it's there. They don't seem to be on the run, but they do seem to be hiding. It's hard to say if it's because they are a scam or if they are trying to get away from the constant nagging of drivers wanting their money. Either way, they are not staying true to their word. They have made promises they aren't keeping and they can't give us straight answers as to why. As I have said in the past, it still might not be a scam, but there's no way to be sure without getting paid.

Hello,
My name is Michael Roundy and I am an employee of Patient Care Transport. I am concerned about the allegations on Ripoff Report so I called the company to discuss them. I was hung up on twice by Karin. I called back twice was put on hold several times, finally Geraldine was put on the line and told me that they haven't received the checks for November and December and that she will send them to me as soon as they receive them. I then asked about Ripoff Report and was told that "She doesn't care about Ripoff Report." I told her I was concerned about it and again she told me "She doesn't care about Ripoff Report."
The company's rebuttal on this very report asks the drivers to call in and discuss any issues. I tried to and was hung up on, put on hold and then transferred to Geraldine who sends out the checks and told to they don't care about the report. Why didn't Karin, the manager discuss the issue with me? Why was I transferred to an employee who "is in charge of pay?"
Now I read another rebuttal from the company dated Feb. 5, 2013, which is unprofessional in the extreme.
I am hoping that Karin will contact me and we can discuss the issues in a professional manner. I have done everything the company has asked of me and more, so far they have evaded my questions and refused to discuss the issues with me.

Why didn't Karin, the manager discuss the issue with me? Why was I transferred to an employee who "is in charge of pay?"
Now I read another rebuttal from the company dated Feb. 5, 2013, which is unprofessional in the extreme.
I am hoping that Karin will contact me and we can discuss the issues in a professional manner. I have done everything the company has asked of me and more, so far they have evaded my questions and refused to discuss the issues with me.

I no longer believe you are running an honest operation. As I stated in my prior posts, my first transport was October 15, 2012 and I have not seen a pay check yet. You have posted copies of checks made out to Patient Care Transport, we have no doubt YOU are getting paid. It's the drivers who are not being paid.
Over the last two months I made three written requests for copies of the billing records for my first five transports. The written demands were made on December 6, December 9 and January 14th. Copies of the billings or liens are something that you promise in the employment contract that we both signed. No one at Patient Care Transport has responded to my requests.
Last week I went to the office in Glendale for the first time since I hired on. You and your office staff have vacated the office. I asked the building receptionist if you left a forwarding address, she said no. Is the business practice of an honest ethical company?
Someone posted earlier that the office moved to Woodland Hills. That is just a mailbox drop, not an office, and I think they had that before the office in Glendale.
I think our only recourse is to file suit for breach of contract, misrepresentation, fraud and theft of labor.

To the idiot who claimed the Pico Rivera poster was a plant...that's right I said idiot. If you are going to post, post the truth. If you do not have facts, keep your mouth shut. I am the Pico Rivera poster. I am not a plant. I work for PCT and am in the same boat as all off you. I have bent but I have not yet broken. I have faith that the growing pains PCT is going through are hardcore for us but I am sticking it out. Shame on me if I am wrong but I still think it will get where we want it to be. All of you took this job knowing it was "Too good to be true" as did I, but if you are all seeking a lawyer, tell truths. It will matter to your case. Do not post things you have no proof of. I have done over 50 transports for PCT and continue to transport patients on the hopes we will start getting paid on a regular basis. I have been paid. I received two checks from PCT for nearly $900.00 but as I posted before, one of those was short paid. I am frustrated that we are not receiving what we were promised, but it doesn't necessarily make it a scam. I believed we were misinformed and that sucks. again, where will you find a job that offers so much for so little. If you chose to fight, fight honestly. You will never get anywhere with a lawyer by lying or exaggerating. Also, they didn't disappear, they relocated. It's in the emails you receive when you do a transport. The main office is now in Woodland Hills. They have new phone numbers though the old number is still in use. They have hired more office employees to handle an increased workload and I don't believe the ladies are "in on it". If I am wrong, I will join the fight, however, tread carefully. A company on the run wouldn't be continuing its business. They would be gone, unreachable. I agree we have been wronged based on promises made, but it doesn't mean "scam". Rally the troops peacefully and let the lawyers do the fighting, and in the meantime, stop posting lies...they can and will be used against you.

I responded to a Craigslist ad here in the bay area for drivers. They will be conducting interviews Wednesday February 6th at the Courtyard by Marriott San Jose South/Morgan Hill, 18610 Madrone Parkway, Morgan Hill, CA 95037 from 8am to 6pm.

These scam artists have made a run for it! After not answering the phone for the last week I decided to visit them last week and they were gone, no forwarding address. The Doctors offices are also not using their services any longer. Everyone go make your police reports on Raz Barr and Lior Klain. Please be aware they have many other scam business', dont be tricked by them. My attorney has a Private Investigator looking for them to serve them with the lawsuit. Everyone was right about them from the beginning. They are con artists and this is what they do! Also the poster from Pico Rivera was a plant from PCT LLC and never received any checks for any amount. The scams go on and on with these people. Anyone with any questions contact me here.

What we are doing is great. I suggest that you get the drivers that you know and all the drivers that have posted here get together at a agreed upon location and stsrt putting a lawsuit together. I live in pick Rivera as well. I believe we should contact the IRS, BBB, and file a police reprt on Ross Barr and Patient Care Transports. I also worked for patient care for two months. It has been over 70 days and I still have not received a penny for my transports. My friend Wes who also did over 25 transports is owed over $10,000 by patient care transports. This company does not pay, they owe me close to $4,000. We must file a lawsuit against Ross Barr and his company.
They tell you you will get paid in 30-45 days, they never pay and on top of it they charge you $375 up front for some bogus fees but in the ad that I have copied it says they don't charge a fee. I suggest everyone contact the Better Business Bearau and let them know how patient care transports and Ross Barr are ripping off their employees. Ross will lie to you go your face and have the girls in the office lie just as much for him. Geraldine is the lady who is supposed to be in charge of billing but she is in on it to. I have spoken to her several times about getting paid and she says oh the money is on the way, I speak to Ross and he lies out of his teeth.
I will start contacting patient care clients to let them know the company they are utilizing is a scam artist. I will make them lose their contracts. So all the drivers that have been screwed, start contacting patient care transports doctors and sleep studies where you dropped your clients off at, I'm sure they would like to hear how Ross is ripping people off. I already have gotten an attorney to sue them

Here's a little info for all of you...Ross will be at the Four Seasons Hotel at 1 Logan Square in Philadelphia, PA. 19103 on 1-18-2013 from 10-5 pm, 1-19-2013 from 8-4 pm and 1-20-12 from 9-4 pm I answered his call on craigslist where this company is prowling honest US citizens. It's very discouraging to hear all of your negative stories. Quite frankly, it's disturbing to let any individual simply walk you through a process, pay them $475 to work for them and not receive anything in return except to hear we'll pay you possibly next week???
I'm very sorry all of you involved are struggling with this company. I almost got sucked in too...and with this one site actually just saved me from an expensive ride I was about to take. Ross is at this location folks to speak face to face...If someone owed me money I would want to legally take action or simply take things into my own hands. Your choice everyone...here he is...go get your money...stop getting ripped off, and from a US citizen to another...look before you leap!! To Ed, you are exactly right, we have a contract in place to "protect" both sides of the arrangement. PCT is guilty of outright misrepresentation and was never in the position to make such claims of pay amount, frequency or timeline.
Intentional misrepresentation in any legal document is also known as fraud.
Where in any of our contracts is it stated that we would NOT receive full compensation for all of our transports?
We held up our end of the contract. What they our doing to us is not right, they have contractual obligations to us just as we do to them. We cannot simply change the agreement as we see fit. We could not just decide to take the patients to there appointments but not return them home, we would be quickly released from our contracts within a day.
Also again to give credit to Ed, we are NOT employees we are contractors who decide which jobs to take on with clear terms set in place on payment.
To Pico Rivera, if you worked at Burger King for $8 an hour would you be happy when you got your paycheck if it were only for $3 an hour? Happy as long as you got something?
These our trying times in our economy but we cannot accept this fraud or it will continue. PCT will have no want or reason to stay within the parameters of our agreements if we dont speak up.
Remember we do 90% of the work, the drivers are the core of any transportation business. We are the only people in the company paying out money for any and everything.
Raz is receiving 60% of every transport, he doesn't care who made the transport or why or how much gas was used. He gets paid on both ends, The doctors we transport our patients too also pay him for the service. If we have an $800 transport for example (like in all his craigslist ads), you are expecting to receive $320 while PCT receives $480, the price is negotiated down to $400 and you only receive $160, Raz doesnt care because he still receives $240 from the insurance without having to do any of the work and he was still paid the fee from the doctor as well.
Just because you received a couple of checks for amounts "considerably" less then what you were promised does not mean this company is not a scam, you still paid out more in fuel, vehicle maintenance, car payments, insurance etc., then they have paid you, all the while PCT has made a PROFIT on ALL of OUR work.
They are taking advantage of current and new drivers everyday. We have to do something about it.

Look, I have been an employee of PCT for over 3 months now. I have completed more than 50 transports and up to today have never been paid. Today, however I received 2 checks, each for individual jobs completed in October. Neither were jobs I completed inside of my first 2 weeks, and one was considerably less than I expected per our agreement. Now, I believe the company is legit but they have several problems. This location is new and learning on the go. This is bad for us drivers because they promise us the world but cannot deliver! They are at the whim of the insurance companies they are trying to collect from. They may have experience from other companies to give us the #'s like they do...for example: 60-75% of checks are paid between days 30-45. We make 40% of the total. These are raw numbers...not guarantees. We expect exactly what we are told at interview but in reality, it's not something that should be promised. Ross and Leo need to hire drivers so it seems they sugar-coated the payment plan when they should have erred on the side of caution. 1) The amount paid by the insurance company on my tickets wasn't the full amount, it was a negotiated down amount. Then, they paid and I got my 40%. So, I have received 4% of my completed jobs, nearly 100 days after the date of service due to unforeseen circumstances.
It doesn't mean PCT is a scam, but it doesn't help their cause because of what they "promise" or explain at interview. They are 50+ tickets and $1,000's behind each driver that gave their all in the first few months. It looks really bad, but patience may be our only asset. It may take awhile, but I believe in the "excuses" I have been given as to late payments. The ladies in the office seem very frustrated at having to answer these questions because they are getting it from 75 drivers at the same time. They can only relay to us what they are told and must be given some leeway because of the frequency of driver complaints. If you trust you will get paid, then work, if you do not, then don't. I felt like all of you, but after receiving my first real payment, I am breathing a deep deep sigh of relief.

PCT LLC Scam Update!

Hello all drivers, It has now been 156 days since my first transport and Ive done close to 100 transports and still nothing new has happened. I have recently found out that the scammer Raz Barr now wants almost $500 to sign up to be a driver for his sham company. PLEASE all, we have to get together to stop this criminal. I have contacted an attorney who has reviewed all the details of the case and he has decided to take it on. The first step is going to the police station and filing a report which I will do today. Secondly since it involves an LLC that doesnt pay its workers or contractors he says he will prepare the complaint for the FBI office. We will see what happens from there. Hopefully if we get enough drivers it will become a class action suit. He says for it to make it to class action we need at least 30 drivers but would like at least 50. This shouldn't be a problem since Raz has conned 100's if not 1000's of people already in various states. This has really gone to far, he needs to be in jail and hopefully he will be soon before he can take advantage of too many more people.

You can find out about it on here and other sites of people he has conned. It seems like he starts a business, scams people out of their money for as long as he can then disappears then starts another scam somewhere else.
My attorney says the contract Raz created was beyond laughable and has no legal backing. He thought it was a joke that was written by 8 year old just learning English. We can come together and stop this maniac from harming more people. As time goes by we will be subpoenaing PCT for their records and will hopefully contact all of you with the details of the case in the hope you will join the suit.

Drivers are realizing Raz Barr is a Con Artist!

Im glad more and more drivers are coming forward about the Patient Care Transport scam. They refuse to address the direct complaints of us not getting paid and instead concentrate on this imaginary company and people that they say we are because we complain.
Everyone if you can, please tell all the drivers you know to post their experiences after reading the reports on this site.
For Everyone just joining us I am a driver that has been with the company more then 4 months, I have done 96 transports and have only received 2 checks from transports that were done in August. When I signed on the contract was for 50% of the bill or lien, it was later changed to 40% for newer drivers. The checks I received were only for 16% and 20%. I have included some tickets for transports that I completed on the previous rebuttal to this one that I made to prove that I am an actual driver for PCT LLC.
Please get all the people you know that have been cheated by this company and Raz Barr to let everyone know on here. We need to get the word out and expose these criminals. We can help drivers that may be in a desperate situation to keep from falling into this tra.

Its very interesting, he says he has "proof" that drivers are being paid but Ive never seen any and 100% (without exaggeration) 100% of the drivers I have talked to have NEVER EVER even received a single check! Wait at the drop offs to talk to other drivers and see if they have or not. Its also very interesting that his "proof" of a check was for services from 10-22-2012 and was sent on 12-27-12 when I called just this last week and she told me that hadnt received any checks for September, October, November or December yet. I am pretty sure he forged that document like the ones he showed us at the interviews.
The Con Artist Raz Barr also doesnt like to see anonymous people making reports on this site yet he has anonymous "managers" leaving rebuttals. Every response "from the company" is just Raz Barr, you can tell by the bad English and grammar very easily.
When it all comes down to it, PAY US RAZ BARR! Give us actual proof and not this silly fraud game your running, let us know of some drivers that have actually gotten anything you said they would get, even just 1! Stop lying about absolutely everything. Stop cheating us you fraudster!

I have been an employee down here in San Diego I started in Nov though I have only been on 3 runs and all have been up in LA area. Upon interview, it is explained you should get paid within 30-45 days, at least a percentage of the work you have done. A good con artist has answers for everything and it seems like what might be happening here, but all answers I have received from PCT have been explainable, even acceptable, though tough to stomach. I have transports more than 3 months old and have yet to receive my first paycheck. I call and question this since it contradicts what I was promised at interview, however, excuses/reasons are given that make sense. I was told the tickets were turned in improperly and amended, then resubmitted. So the 30-45 days starts over from the resubmitted date. If this is the case, I am currently in the 40 day range for over a month of tickets. I too have done more than 20 transports for this company and have made them an obscene ($50,000 estimated) in a short few months of employment. It seems unlikely a company of this nature cannot pay portions of money owed with some kind of side account, but they don't. Instead they make excuses for everything and try to tell you to wait another week. "We should get more checks in..." "You should get paid soon..." From our end, it sucks!!! Rarely, can someone in this economy spend out of pocket for 3 months without any kind of compensation whatsoever. I've even been told directly from an office employee that PCT was trying to find some sort of medium by fronting small portions of checks prior to receipt for gas and other expenses, but nothing has come of it yet. Is it a scam? This is yet to be seen, but I'm leaning towards yes, and shame on me for putting thousands into a job, blindly on hope alone. You know what they say about "Too good to be true." I have met several drivers with this company, none have ever seen a check. Not one cent. I doubt this is coincidence. It doesn't seem that anyone makes money working for them. Ross, your only course of action here is to have employees that have been paid post here. Your posts will solve nothing. Your promises of proof when you can type and print anything you want on paper mean nothing. Get an employee who HAS been paid to post and give experiences. As drivers, we need to know from other drivers that there is a light at the end of PCT's dark, dark tunnel.

Patient Care says they have hundreds of drivers (which they do) and do hundreds of transports a day (which they do) which means in the last few months they have done 10's of thousands of transports and you give proof by one small check that you may be a fake that you forged??? Ross Barr is the real fraudster and criminal. Pay us our money. Anyone who says anything about this company on this site they will just deny and say you are some other person that he made up. Im sorry for myself, Ed, Lisa and every other driver that you conned Ross Barr. Just pay us the money you owe us and we will stop telling the truth about your rotten company on here. By the way, my first transport was also in August and I have done 96 transports and have only received 2 checks, the first one was 98 days after the transport date and was only 16% of what it should have been. Also to all you other drivers out there, back when I started in the beginning we signed on for 50% of the bill, they later changed it to a 40% cut for the newer drivers, it didn't matter though, my only 2 checks were for 16% and 20%.

He says you will receive liens, you wont, he says you will receive bills, you wont, he says you will receive checks, you wont. He is a fraudster criminal that cannot be trusted.
I am not an unreasonable man, go ahead and work for him, just do 1 or 2 transports and see if you get paid, after 4 and a half or 5 months and you haven't gotten a check you will see for yourself how this company is a sham. All the people that did so many transports including me because they thought they would be paid didn't have this warning but you do. Dont trust this lying cheat or you will find yourself on this site making a ripoff report about him then having him accuse you of being someone you are not.
To prove I am a driver and not one of these people that Ross Barr has made up I am attaching one of my earlier transport tickets and one from recently to show that I am still a current driver!

I signed on with Patient Care on Friday, September 7, 2012 and did my first transport on Monday, September 10, 2012, since then I have done almost 50 transports. I have not received any payment yet and these reports have me very concerned that I wont be paid at all. It will be 4 months in a few days and Patient Care tells me they still dont have any payments for me. I have also never received any liens or bills like they say they would provide me a few days after each transport.
I read the Manager's comment about why an employee would keep working for months doing the same thing without being paid and I became mortified because that is exactly what I have been doing. I dont think I will be working for them any longer without receiving any payments or paperwork.
I had a similar experience as the 2nd gentleman driver where I just complete the transports and wait to be paid and wasn't concerned about the liens with my name on them. This brings me to my 2nd concern, how does the manager so easily say that they know who these 2 gentleman are? Isn't it possible that they are actual employees that have not been paid? I am.
I was prepared for the first 30-45 days to not be paid as I was told when I signed up but if my math is correct Its been 114 days since my first transport which I believe is considerably longer then what I was told the average would be.
I just hope this is all a misunderstanding and that we will all be paid soon. I sincerely, truly hope to God that this is not a scam. I am holding onto faith that it will all work out in the end.
P.S. I found out about this post on this site from another driver who hasn't received payment yet for any of her transports either.

All Transports are paid - some faster than others and we work diligently that Any transport or driver is paid as soon as possible.
We will be happy to post here check proof after these drivers identify their names the validity of their claims - So we can show you if and when signed and checks they have received.
These drivers are working for a competing company named alpha Care Transport which is running under a mask of a doc delivery company and tried to solicit our drivers and our clients
Again if not - show us your name and we will show your agreement you have signed and the status of all your checks and transports.

Another drivers experience

These comments are meant to explain my experience so far with Patient Care Transport LLC and are not intended to support either the original complaint or the response from the person listed as the company manager.
I hired on as an independent contractor (driver) and completed my first transport on October 15th 2012. Since then I have completed a little less than 30 transports. I have not received any checks yet. I understand that insurance companies sometimes average a 45 day return on payments related to workers compensation cases. I do not know if Patient Care Transport LLC bills insurance companies on a weekly or monthly basis. If they bill monthly I would expect to receive my first check anytime now.
I have to admit I have never received any copies of liens with my name on them, but as long as Patient Care Transport makes their payments to me I do not care about copies of the liens.
I will update this report the same day I receive my first check and I will confirm whether or not the amount was the correct percentage as stated in the employment agreement that Mr. Barr and I both signed.

This company owes me so much money, why would I put my name on here, so I could have zero chance of getting even a little of what I am owed? You are a dishonest man. I am not any of the people that you mentioned in your rebuttal. You run a terrible company, you cant honestly say that you dont have DOZENS of drivers that have worked for you for MONTHS that haven't been paid even one single cent!?
You say you have all this "proof", that doesn't matter to me, why haven't myself or so many other drivers not been paid yet? Where are our checks?? Where is that proof?? Even if you were wrong about 30% paying in 30-45 days how is it that its 0% in 120 days? I'm sure that whoever stole clients from you or started other companies or defrauded you or whatever, aren't doing any better then you are either. Why the lies?? Forget other companies, why aren't you getting the drivers paid now Ross Barr?
Why do I know over 10 drivers that haven't been paid 1 single dime? Why are you spending so much time trying to make people believe you are paying out when you are not? Why are there people that have worked for you since August that haven't even gotten their first check yet? When are we going to be paid? You are the CRIMINAL for pushing these lies about being paid, if I am wrong, show me, please prove me wrong, please pay us! You say some dont last the first 30 days, fine, what about the 2nd 30 days, the 3rd, the 4th? How long do we need to keep calling in about being paid and listening to we just have to call back next week? Do you deny this? Do you deny that over 80% of your drivers have NEVER been paid anything?
I was a real driver for you Ross but you take no responsibility, you are an immoral man. I'm sorry for whoever is trying to defraud you but that does not take away the fact that you built this company on the backs and hard works of others and reaped all the benefits while you let good, hard working people get conned into helping you.
I hope everyone that see the ads you place on craigslist searches and finds these posts before they fall into your scam company and any other scam company that anyone starts because of what you "say" was stolen from you. I hope you, patient care transport, alpha care transport and whoever else is involved in your scams all have to pay for what you've done to the honest people you have conned!

False Allegations

This individual/fraudster choose to remain anonymous since he is a real crook and criminal since he opened a competitor company and stole all of our material and other drivers! We had 4 previous drivers and our previous dispatcher who stole material from our company and opened a competitor company while violating all of their work agreements!
This matter now in legal proceedings. see company: Alpha care transport..close name?:)?
We do not ripoff anyone or myself! Honest and hard working people work for patient Care transport!
We Highly value or our drivers and all employees and our reputation of our company and all directors!
We do get paid when the insurance company pays us and some rides pay faster than others pending on the insurance company.We have copies and will upload proven small checks and big checks(big amounts) to show drivers and ALL drivers getting paid on a regular basis all the time as insurance company send them as abide by WC law!
We never try to mislead anyone and any driver know that checks within the first 30 days of work
are usually paid in 3/8 ratio as the normal in this industry in the 30-45 days range. Some are real big checks some are smaller but all paid in full and any driver get his check on minute when checks are received.
Some faster than others all pending on the insurance company and this is an amazing driving job opp. Some drivers who can not survive the first 30 days do not seem to understand though we clearly state that in any
agreement before Background check and DMV check and interview that not all rides paid in 30-45 days since insurance co. delay payment in some instances.
This driver who posted these false allegations is a real crook. He is one of the group mentioned below and he is working for a competing company doing the same type of transports!

we have proofs to show here after he identify himself -so we can show his records and info and agreements and his illegal activity when stealing from our company.
If he really do not think he ever will be paid why does he work for a company doing the same thing!!????
This fraudster tried to hurt our company and our reputation. we have all the proofs to show as soon as he shows his real name and info we will upload all agreements for anyone to decide.Real proofs. We doubt he ever he show his real name here and continue to remain anonymous. we shall see... we hope he does reveal his identity.
His name most likely is Sarkis Mambrein and he worked with another driver names Armen Papoyan who managed to bring another crook name Viet/Sunny See below.
They all violated their agreements and opened/worked for competitor company they established with a person name Tony who owned A doc delivery company that liked our special niche business and with criminals mentioned below started a copy cat business using all of our company info and investment!
This Tony and Sarkis with Olga(hired her as his new dispatcher) tried to copy cat all of our business without any success. See alpha care transport. we have proofs to show.
Sarkis Mambreian and Armen Paopyan leading the way with German Rodriguez as the group of drivers who hardly work with company and stole company material and worked for a competitor who also tried to steal our clients: Alpha care transport from: Hawthrone CA
We will be happy to show the 1099 agreement this driver signed and our 100% obligation and commitment for all our drivers .

He is a crook and a liar and will be sued with our previous Dispatcher Olga Solzerano
and another Aremnian crook driver all worked in cahoots with Olga Solzerano. They defrauded our company. We have all proof and will upload to anyone interested.
See company Alpha Care transport that tried to copycat all of our business: even our name:) our logo and all our internal system.All will be handled by our lawyer. Owner name is Tony.
If he choose to remain anonymous sign is the crook Armen Papoyan or Sarkis Mambrien or German Rodriguez or Sony.Why do not you reveal you true name and I will show you our agreement and checks people getting paid and the agreement. We have all proof to show this is a disgruntled criminal Contractor and possible one who opened a competitor company.
Any agreement with any drivers is clearly explained and made clear that we work our best to get faster payment from insurance company we have top billing and collections companies that are doing marvelous job for our drivers and for faster payment for all of our drivers.No one cheat in our company is trying to cheat anyone.
we try to hire the best in the business and the company is focused on faster billing and fast big payout and payments for all of our partners including drivers.
No opp like this exist in transport so hence the jealousy and drivers who tried to steal our business.
No one from our company cheat anyone!
But these drivers are not only crooks and violated their agreements - but opened a competitor company: Alpha care transport
evidently, they try to defame our company and director name when they committed the fraud and lies.
Director have a stellar record of managing this company and others. Any complained from any driver is always addressed by our billing dept first and then by the manager of that department with no exceptions
we will be happy to address his concerns one by one if he identify himself and show us his name and so we can show all agreements Mr. Crook has signed clear work agreements and nothing was hidden from him and work
diligently and hard first and for most so all of our drivers will be paid first!
Employer : Be aware before you hire again!

All worked together to defraud our company. BE aware of them in any business you do!!
We worked exteremly hard on developing this business and unique infrastructure and our success is due to strong management team hard work and vision. we treat all our workers and partners how we would like to be treated. we have
clients all over US who love our service and our reliability.
Our reputation and hard work would not be jeopardized by crooks or criminals who post on this site. We will show proof to anyone as soon this "Anonymous user" is identified and pursue legal proceedings against them
