RCA has scammed me out of several thousand dollars in falsely appraised collectable stamps. The criminality of it is that they will NOT honor the buy back guarantee which was expressed verbally and in writing.
Patrick Kennedy, specifically, gave FALSE reports on upcoming auctions, value of stamps due to Hurricane IKE and Katrina and blatantly lied.
He received money from me via American Express, a credit card with expectations of a 12-24 month turnover at an auction with again, a guarantee buy back.
Ive been attempting to contact RCA and Patrick Kennedy for the past 2 years with no success and wish to pursue legal action against the company and specifically Patrick Kennedy.
The stamps have been appraised and most are damaged with obvious repairs, bleaching, etc. which are consistent with a cover up or falsifying stamp quality. The stamps are NOT even of condition for resale and a FULL refund is requested.
I am unable to get in touch with ANYONE associated with RCA and assistance woulld be greatly appreciated.
