Patriot Restoration of New Castle, owned by Jennifer Collier and Richard Moghadam. They have these sales people who are crack-heads knocking on your doors. Most are felons and will steal if they get a chance. They will process your damaged roof through your insurance company to get it approved. You get the insurance check, turn it over to them, and never see any work done. You will call them, and never get an answer.

You will send letters, and the address on the website is an old one, so the letter will come back. Youre screwed. Now youre a part of what the Indiana State Law Enforcement Agencies considers a scam and Insurance Fraud. Need I say more? The guy doesnt pay his workers, keeps your money and never repairs the roof. Multiple counties and numerous insurance companies are investigating him. Why would you even consider allowing this guy and his company even knocks on your door, let alone take your money? This is your warning, stay clear.
