Don't buy a car from this dealership.  They are dishonest and will lie and take advantage of elderly people and women.  They added over $8000 to a recent purchase to my 77 year old aunt’s car after they told her they would sell her a car for $20,000 which was her budget.  The final price of her car was  $28,715 and they refuse to give her copies of the deal sheet and a copy of the loan documents until 2 weeks after she bought the car. 

The sold her Gap insurance which she didn’t need, want or understand plus added additional fees and pressure her to buy a $2400 long term maintenance contract to jack up the price to take advantage of an elderly person.   She doesn’t drive that much- mainly around town and she doesn’t need a long term maintenance agreement.   For her fixed income budget she needed to finance $20,000 which the sales person was told by my aunt as well as myself in person and on the phone and they ended up  pressuring her into a loan for  almost $26,565.00 after her down pament.   They knew her budget was $20,000 and they didn’t care about my aunt and her limited resources.  All they saw was an easy way to make extra money and pressure and elderly woman for extra commission dollars.   They have no ethics at this dealership and acted surprise when my aunt voiced displeasure when see finally saw the loan documents 2 weeks after buying the car.  Find another place to buy a car.  This place is a waste of time.

I went with her when she test drove the car and discuss the details of type of car, price and budget with the sales person.  A few day later she decided to buy a white car instead of the red car we drove but the sales person told her on the phone it would be the same price.  I was working that day and she went with a friend ( another woman) instead of waiting for me to go later that evening or wait until the weekend.  She is from a different era and when a person makes a statement in person and on the phone and writes down the price of what they would do regarding the price she still believes all people have ethics and are honest.   They used the change in the color of the car to sell her a more expensive  and gave a less discount off the sticker price of the car.  They charged her $125 to type up the loan documents which is basiclally fill in the blanks with numbers.  Then pressure her to buy addtional items like gap insurance, maintenance agreement etc.,  They should have said we don't have a white Nissan Rogue in your price range and sent her to another dealer with more inventory but they decided to make extra commission $$$ that day off an elderly woman so they can put more plaques on their wall.

If you are/were concerned your aunt was treated properly, why didn't you go along?
