Paul Lucas Law Group - Law Canter Lucas Law Center - Future Financial Services - Paul Jeffery Lucas - Christopher Francis Betts - Frank Sullivan - Matthew Rychecky ripped me off for Load Modification fees that he & his office never did anything for or to help with the loan in need of help! Internet

The office of Paul Lucas as well as all his defendants and office bandits ripped me off for money paid to do a load modification on my house mortgage.
His office is now shut down without a trace of where he and his bandit crew have gone.
Matthew Rychecky the office rat insisted this out fit was there to help with anything regarding my concerns with my loan issue.

Even Judd McIlvain confirmed and he personally assured me Paul and his office were 'Up & Up'! To not be concerned with the Paul Lucas group as they will do everything needed to complete my load modification as advertised. The text will follow from Judd's claim of Paul's supposed 'Good Guy' ethics! If Judd McIlvain is willing to be part of such a scam, should he also be included in any and all law suits?

I even got a call the same day by Paul Lucas (if it was really him or not I will never know) as I was contacted by Judd to assure me that everything was to go smooth and to have confidence in the services to be rendered by the Lucas Law Group.

Here is the text from Judd from 06/10/2009 at 1:42pm with my concerns about the bad information found the day after I paid Paul Lucas to get started with my case...


Hi Judd,
I am still quite nervous getting this all together! I paid a $1,000.00 to get started then find nothing but negative info everywhere about the Lucas Law Center.
Far more complaints than any good news...
If they are good at the loan mods they are supposed to do why are there no positive messages any where to be found?
I have my back to the wall and need to get my house/ loan & related issues handled by someone that does what they advertise/claims they really do!
I'm stressed out and do not want the run around and of course to lose my home!

I hope this isn't a scam on the Lucas Law Centers part!

Tom, I vetted the Lucas Law Group and met with Attorney Paul Lucas in person at his office in Aliso Viejo, Ca. I found some complaints on the Lucas Law Group on several Internet sites.  The complaints were similarly worded, but the writers had different names and locations.    Anyone, or any attorney can file false complaints on the Internet and they stay there for years.  I am extremely suspicious of the complaints against the Lucas Law Group, because several say that Paul Lucas has only practiced law for six months, but the California State Bar says he has been a member of the Bar since 1992.  Bottom line, you cannot trust the complaints on Internet sites.   On Friday I am scheduled to a TV interview Mike Williams, who actually wrote a complaint against Attorney Paul Lucas, and now says he was wrong in his complaint.  He says it was not the Lucas Law Group that was holding up his mortgage modification but it was his bank, Bank of America.   Mr. Williams says Bank of America told him if he gets an Attorney they will not return his phone calls.  He said the Bank of America would not return his phone calls anyway, and that is why he got an Attorney.    Wells Fargo has stonewalled another mortgage modification client, but I am now talking to the President of Wells Fargo, Ms. Audra Hutton, about the banks actions. At least I have them talking, the small power of the Press.   The Big Banks took the tax bailout money and now they will not talk to their clients, or the attorneys of their clients.  The banks have the home mortgages insured at the higher value of the homes before the bottom dropped  out of the home market.  So, it appears the banks want the homes to go into foreclosure so the insurance companies will have to pay-off at the higher value of the homes.     So what do I suggest, continue fighting with an attorney and tell your Congress person that if they want your vote and the votes all the people you know in next year's election, they had better start putting on the pressure on banks to use the bailout money to help homeowners modify mortgages to the current interest rates.   The banks are operating from the Big G, Greed.   Judd       Judd        Judd McIlvain, Broadcast Journalist. So there you have it... Judd telling me to go full speed ahead with the Lucas Law Center. To have no concerns. That everything will go as planned...

Paul Lucas, Christopher Francis Betts, Frank Sullivan & Matthew Rychecky should all be locked up! All assets taken and sold to return all the money stolen from those they have.

Judd McIlvain has lost all creditability he thought he had! If he can talk on the radio of how good this crew is when it was all a scam he too should be help responsible for his actions!

KNX1070 played ad after ad to advertise these guys to all of us! They too should be held responsible for the conduct of the radio station that is willing to play up the scam Paul Lucas and crew pulled off!

I will fight to make sure all those involved with this outright scam and ripoff will be held responsible for the action taken on their part!

How low do they have to go?

It's all very scary!
