He was able to delay communication and put me off long enough to prevent me from being able to file a claim through paypal. (The limit is 45 days).
He made many many promises and never followed through with any of them. He has been promising to refund my money for a month now and today, more promises to pay....as soon as he can.
This person knew exactly what he was doing. The internet has several other complaints against this person. Buyer Beweare.
