Paula Brooks Capitol University Law School Graduate and Franklin County Commissioner= BAD NEWS Supports inmate abuse- Civil Rights Violations Internet

Paula Brooks a Franklin County Commissioner and Capitol University Law School graduate turns her head knowing Zach Scott Franklin County Sheriff is allowin inmate abuse to go on. The County has paid out millions for this abuse with more cases pending while Paula Brooks keeps allowing the Sheriffs budget to increase without taking care of the problems first. One would think a law school graduate would make sure this abuse is stopped before funding the Sheriffs Department but her job position is more important to her.

Recently a man was wrongfully jailed and froced to lay in urine and feces for days while being taunted and not allowed a shower. This again is disgusting to anyone who believes in Civil Rights and those who graduated from the Capitol University law school.

PAULA BEOOKS DOESNT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE ABUSED FAMILYS AND IGNORES THE INHUMAINE CONDITIONS AT THE FRANKLIN COUNTY JAIL.
