you as other victims of these tows if the tow occured in less than a hour for the most part you have the right to sue under state laws, and if they also issued you a citation which is also illegal when they ask for cash only, since these criminal towings they made then they will not pay the IRS income tax on the tow, like they do at freds burgers resturants when they own.
they have a criminal complaint filed on them , they have paid some employees under the table so they do not have to pay employer taxes and for some of the employees to collect welfare. Report them to the department of motor vehicles also.
If you got a citation from a "parking management company' sue them also for illegal tow since you ask them to drop the car when you caught them. paxtons partner is a company called network parking solutions of el cajon, with a a post office box in zipcode 92020, but they have another p.o box of 12222 in zipcode 92022. paxton has a criminal past , and just because his partners do not does not mean they are not criminals engaged in a racket.
they are owned by a john harris of 1306 petree st el cajon california 92020, who also uses the address of 1100 n cuyamaca, and 1250 petree st in el cajon. his partners are the following names below for network parking solutions, and paxtons is the name bo. aldean harris, kara j harris, christy m harris , eric shaw , 619-334-4921 sue them all for the illegal tows.

Once again Stevei hiding behind another alias. You are not Law Enforcement. You only show your ingnorance of the law when you make a claim that can be disputed easily by looking at the law in which you quote. Under CVC 22658 there is not any time requirement for removal. As long as you meet the first requirement (a.) A sign of not less then 18"x 22" is posted at the entrance and exit of the property.
The one hour statute only applies to CVC 22953 which deals with Commercial Property and specificly exempts Hotels, Motel, Apartment association and Home Owner Associations. I guess you failed the code section of your academy training.
As to your claims of alias's the same name appears on all documents, licenses, paperwork and Conversations John Harris. Proud of my name and Identity. As for the other names BO is the owner of Paxton and appears on none of my documentation or tax fillings since he is a seperate individual. Eric Shaw is a real person who posted a comment. Aldean Harris, Kara j Harris ? Have no idea who they are and they could possibly have standing for liebel against you as well. Christy Harris is my wife not an alias.
Additionaly My P.O. Box has not changed nor do I have an additional P.O. Box on Cuyumaca. The other Licenses where at my previous residences and where active while residing in them. I have never had a fraudulent License or reported a fruadulent address on an application or license I have received.
