Pay Day Mobility Failed to disclose fee rates. Wilmington, Delaware

The company failed to disclose all of their fees.  The short version is - they said there was an upfront fee of $300.00 for borrowing the money and then the rest could be paid back over a period of time or all at once - they did not give a payback amount but said they would send an e-mail within 2 days of the due date so I could choose what I wanted to pay back. They did not contact me until this month AFTER they had deducted another 300.00 from my account. 

Now they say the 300 plus 69.00 is due at the end of March or I can pay the whole thing off by paying 869.00.  THEY NEVER SAID THE FEE WOULD BE APPLICABLE EACH MONTH - no one in their right mind would take a loan like this.  This company is definitely running a scam and it needs to be stopped.  Luckily I had the money in my account to take care of this, but I am sure this has happened or will happen to others who cannot afford it, IF something is not done to stop these tactics.
