To whom it may concern,
I am completely astonished of the unethical way pay pal has conducted their business and their customer service providers provided the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I have an account with pay pal in my Dad's name Robert R. when I set up the account I had heard great things about pay pal and I assumed they were a reputable company and I did not pay close attention to my statements. Well on 04/03/12 I discovered I was double charged for several charges. I called pay pal spoke to christian. He was quite nice and worked with me. he wrote a letter to the bank because my account was also overdrawn. The bank refused to accept the letter they said it was my problem. Well an email to the president of the bank and our account is credited. I am an unhappy customer. No one wanted to take responsibility for my bank account being overdrawn with pay pal charges.
Once again in beginning 04/26/12I spoke to a Mariphel at pay pal thank goodness for call recording my bank account was over drawn with pay pal charges she offered to write letter she advised me "I could change the letter" if need be. once again a fight with the bank and another letter to the president . I am losing my confidence in pay pal. I decided to go over all my bills .I printed them all and got all my ducks in a row. called pay pal asked for help .was xferred to disputes spoke to gentleman I did not get his name. he refused to help me and advised I call the merchants that I paid to get the refund ( I thought that's what I paid you to do) so I asked for his manager again did not get name. he was as unhelpful as the first one. I asked for his manager he declined to escalate my call any further and refused to resolve my issues. what happen to going above and beyond for the customer and first call resolution. I need my issues resolved immediately I had t close my bank account because pay pal kept charging it. I want refunded all over charges and double charges.
Your prompt response is appreciated,
Billie R

That should be good enough.
