I'm a graduate candidate at University of Maryland. I went to University of Illinois, Urbanna-Champaign, IL, to visit one of my friends there. When i was about to get on board my flight in O'Hare Airport, i found my cell phone is missing. After a flash of blank in my brain, my first thought was that i might left it at my friend's home. And later things turned out to be exactly as i thought. But at that time i was too nervous to choose to use the public pay phone at the airport. Since i didn't want to bring any troubles to myself at the security check, i didn't bring any coins along with me. After read EVERY words printed on the phone, and saw NOTHING talking about charges of NO success connection, i used the phone with my credit card. I tried five times and my friend didn't pick up the phone during every single time of these. That means i dialed 5 times and none was connected. No i'm looking at this bill -- five $24.23 charges on that day. I don't hate anyone, surely there are some cunning people should be blamed, The only thing I want now is that i could somehow get my money back. I don't want to waste too much time on this thing since i got a thesis need to be worked on. But still, about $120 is not a small amount of money.
