So we informed paypal that since they can't get a verification & since they didn't charge us anything, we close our accounts on paypal.
But after we closed our accounts we saw on our bank report that after the closing, paypal charged us for the amount of 3,5euro without our permission and without informing us.
When we contacted them, they admitted that we are right and it's their mistake but they never refunded the amount to our card and they stop communication with us & never replied to our emails.
