PayPal PayPal fails to give proper(real-time) disclosure of its buyer's protection limitations San Jose, California

I transferred $380 to a shipping brokerage company(About Logistics LLC) via PayPal as a deposit. When I found out that the company was conducting fraudulent business(taking deposit without arranging transport/driver), I asked PayPal to help to stop the illegal activities and use its buyer's protection program to recover my loss. To my surprise, PayPal closed the dispute case right away because its buyer's protection program does not cover payment for service. I was told that the limitations for their buyer's protection was in the terms and conditions when I signed up the PayPal account. I don't know how many people are reading those small prints, especially online agreement. But, PayPal should learn from Craigslist where warnings and disclaimers are in each and every web page and email communication(it is the result of so many law suits against Craigslist). I didn't see any warning or disclaimer during the PayPal transfer.

Are there any lawyers out there who like to have a big case against PayPal. PayPal is worse than Western Union in this case because consumers have blind trust towards PayPaly brand and buyer's protection has been promoted everywhere with limitations only stated in the initial terms and conditions. I signed up PayPal many, many years ago. Many consumers were misled by PayPal's buyer's protection. For now, I will stay away from PayPal.
