I think the contracts should be more clear in what they state, and an individual should be made aware that he or she will be billed these extra charges, I am also prepared to take this to a lawyer and get results, I'm sure if more people were to fill in this form, maybe Paycom.net would look into the services before they slap i on someone's credit card.

All paysites state that you will be rebilled for monthly recurring charges. Some may pre check you for other sites, but that is clearly visible.
Next time think with the right head and stop crying. I'm glad you got rightfully charged and can't dispute it since you sound like a really lame freeloader.
P.S. Good luck getting a lawyer big guy. I guess you expect to get one of those for free right?
I don't think you can afford to pay the large legal fees involved if you can't even afford to pay a paysite monthly fee.
