I borrowed money from pay day loan on the internet.
I received the money and paid back the loan 250.00 borrowed paid back 75.00 in interest.
Now I have received phone calls from a company with no name saying I owe them for a loan that was taken out in my name but has not been paid.
I asked them to send me the paper work for the loan they told me to screw myself and hung up.
They now call me several times a week and are also calling friends telling them I will be sued if this is not paid.
They have my bank account number social security and address and phone number.
The numbers they ae calling from are 000-000-0000, or 111-111-1111 also today I have a new number 512-614-7991.
I called they will not give me a name for the compnay but they tell me they have all my information if I don't pay they are going to sue me.

That is all it is - if they have thick accents that is a sure giveaway. Tell them go ahead sue me - ask waht court and county they are going to file suit in. 10 to 1 they don't have an answer and if they do it is made up.
