Payless Mattress ltd Qwner - Sandro McLeod Refuses to pay for goods ordered and received Guelph, Ontario Canada

We are a wholesale bedding company located in the Toronto area and sell to retail outlets both in Canada and the U.S.I has spoken with Mr. Mcleod a number of times and he requested I forward our catalog of products to him in early 2010, Mr. Mcleod ordered a list of our products amounting to a total of $531.80.

We contacted him Numerous times both by phone,email and fax requesting he send payment and has totally refused to pay; I even spoke with him one day and he said he just does not want to pay for the products?

I just want to point out that their was nothing wrong with or products in anyway, this man is simply a rip off artist who knows their is really nothing we can do to get them to pay, he knows for us to take legal action against him it would take alot of time and legal costs and he still can simply not pay.

I recommend that no one do business with this man or company either by wholesale or by purchasing anything from his store, to this day he has still refused to pay us and is still operating and selling product from his store in Guelph.
