Payless Oil LLC Pay-Less Oil, LLC If they over fill and spill oil in your house, you are on your own. North Haven, Connecticut

This company came and over filled my oil tank.  About a gallon of oil spilled in the basement.  This house is not old and oil had never been spilled before.

When called Payless Oil LLC, Jennifer who is the only person who answers the call, would not let me speak with the service person or the delivery truck.  I was told that they will call when they are not busy.  She told me it was my fault and would not help me deal with the oil spill in the basement which was clearly caused by them.  I called them three times without satisfactory way to deal with the oil spill in the basement.

I called the fire department who was disgusted with Payless, but put down kitty litter to absorb the oil.  Coffee also helped with the smell which I fought with for over three weeks. 

Please google reviews of this company.  Even though their BBB rating is A+, there are several complaints which were not resolved to the customer's satisfaction.  I filed the complaint and said that they should not charge my credit card since they were improperly delivered.  The refused to do that.

Rude, uncaring and VERY different from their ad.
