This company signed me up over some teasing rates. They charged my bank account twice for a total of $700 without never processing a single transaction or ever sending a single statement. They said that my contract had a cancellation fee of almost $1000 while initially I was offer a 90 day free trial period. While talking to their reps, they lied about their fees, contract, signing-up and cancellation process. This is by far one the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with. Stay away from them if you can.

Similar Experience - Opinion Of Harassing & Fraudulent Practices

Hello.  I just filed my own complaint on Rip-Off Reports about my experience with this company that is currently on-going harassment and threatening letters, such as a 10-Day Demand Letter from an attorney claiming to represent Payment Systems Corp, but oddly have the same address as Payment Systems Corp.  I agree, these people should be investigated and stopped from these unethical business practices.  (H from Charlotte, NC)

well, chances are that the reps are just doing what they say. the turnover amongst reps are very high with this company. The reps are deceived in training and in turn they deceive merchants because they dont know any better. The managers will do anything and say anythign to close on you and make it sound like you are getting a good deal. This company will make a minimum of 3200 dollars on you after the 4 year period. Therefore, they have plenty of room to make it sound like you are getting a good deal. that 3200 is money that you are paying that you would not be paying with the majority of other companies out there too..
