Contact PayPal, Ebay and explain what happen the best you can. Contact the seller to DO NOT SHIP the item. Explain what happen. Let PayPal know you did not authorize the transaction. Chances are, your accounted has been hijacked. I would also contact the police for the location item is being sent too. Hopefully they will be cooperative, as well as Ebay & PayPal. That would be a good start. I would also notified your credit card company too and file a dispute. Oh change your password to your Ebay (if you have an account) and your PayPal account. Also in the pass did you by any chance get an email to verify your account with Ebay or Paypal? Let us know. Best of luck and hopefully things works out in your favor. RSW
