Your bank account is fdic insured for that money , all you have to do is go to your local branch, explain what happened and they'll do chargeback, you'll get your money back for sure, but don't be surprised if paypal suspends your account...wierd coz paypal is usually pretty good about refunds and things like that.
also give them a billing cycle to replace it
