Paypal Not real merchant and can't tell why they restrict account Internet

Paypal will put account in limitation even you provide them all documentation they ask for... Paypal will make their own decision if they would will continue business with you. I for scam so many times when selling on eBay and using paypal to get paid. I notice when I get paid from buyer and provide tracking number to show item was deliver. I would transfer my money for paypal to my personal account. As I continue to sell and make money I would transfer the money somehow paypal would restrict my account for no reason but I provided them what they ask for to get the limitation lifted. Then I would continue to make money on eBay and paypal is my merchant but out of nowhere two buyers said they didn't get the item but it show they sign for it. Then paypal no longer want to do business with me. I provided documentation and I refund the buyers money and I didn't get my items back. I had a feeling the buyers were paypal employees. I knew something was off because I show proof but problems started after I transfer my money out of paypal instead of leaving it in paypal. I find paypal to be a scam. I remember this old man in the USA who have paypal. Went to his bank to take out some cash and look at his bank statement showing that paypal transfer 999,999.99 and it was their fault. Paypal made the mistake and now the guy can't use paypal anymore.. That is a scam.

paypal allow scammers to use paypal where honest people get burned.

paypal should get fine and closed down.
